Courtyard by Marriott Niagara Falls, USA

I liked everything about this hotel, 1)Location:10/10 The location of this hotel is great as the fall is very close to this hotel and there are many restaurants nearby and the train station is also close like 10 minute taxi which makes the location 10/10. 2)Breakfast:8/10 The breakfast was great but had very fewer options but was apparently great. 3)Staff:10/10 The staff was great and was very helpful like eventhough we had 2 nights in this hotel still they cleaned our rooms and there is laundry aswell so the staff is 10/10. 4)Rooms:9/10 Great rooms as they were huge and cleaned

I think the beds were not really comfortable,that's it

We were provided a new room after convincing the front desk person the bathroom did not meet our standards. See explanation below.

Our first room the toilet did not flush properly as the tank wouldn’t fill up. The gal behind the desk stated she would have it fixed but not until our reservation was already over. She and the maintenance guy said it wasn’t a big deal because we could fill up the ice bucket 4-5 times to fill the tank so it would flush. Additionally the tv was parallel with the bed so it was difficult to watch.

The hotel is cool looking outside and inside, read the history of the building it’s pretty neat. The hotel was very clean as well as the room. The room with 2 queen beds and sofa bed is so very spacious, just lovely. I really love the room and cleanliness. The color scheme of the room with gray, white and blue is great, a lot of hotel rooms are unappealing colors. The host at the check in, Jordan was very informative and friendly, very accommodating!

There was no breakfast of any sort just coffee. I realize it’s because of the pandemic and staffing issues but very disappointing. There could have been packaged pastries, yogurts, fruits with skin and or that need peeling, orange juice , milk etc Also, I look very forward to swimming on vacation, and the pool was out of order. Those 2 amenities were missing but the price remained the same. Parking should not cost extra, although $10 a day could be worse.

The room was fantastic. View of the Niagara River and the park. We were able to walk down to the American Falls after our late check in and see the falls and find a good restaurant for dinner. Jordan was wonderful and did a great job telling us about the restaurants and the ways to get to the Falls viewpoints.

The menu of the in house restaurant was listed on the TV and when I tried to place an order the menu had changed, no big deal. When booking there was an option to purchase breakfast for two $50, no thanks. We opted to purchase breakfast and coffee and was $36 for two of us.

We usually get breakfast included however, they have mostly been grab and go with covid so we tried the food at the hotel. It was amazing. The room was very nice and spacious.

The noise of the traffic, we could hear a lot of door closing and running. The first breakfast we had the first morning was great however, the lady was busy and she didn't take the time to acknowledge you until she was ready to serve you. She was preparing others food and never said anything like, I will be right with you.

It is within walking distance of the falls and many restaurants. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. There is plenty of space to lounge comfortably in the lobby and on the patio. The food is very tasty and served in a timely manner. The drinks are mixed to perfection. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area.

We loved how clean the hotel was and how friendly the staff was. The beds were incredibly comfortable comfortable, even the pull out bed which never happens! The room was spacious so we never felt crowded as a large family of 5.

The mini fridge shelves were broken and it was super smal sol we couldn't store our leftovers. The pool seemed like it could have been cleaner. No breakfast included. I usually don't even look at hotels that don't offer breakfast because the kids get so excited for it.

Very friendly and caring staff. Clean, great amenities. Fantastic location.

I didn't know I needed to turn on the mini fridge before using it. It was room temperature, so I had to turn it on after I brought my leftovers and soda back to my room. I wish there were dimmer lamps over the bed, because I had to get blinded first thing in the morning and last thing at night.

The room rates were too pricey. I originally booked 2 nights and was promised a third night at the same rate. When we decided to stay an extra night however we were informed by another desk clerk that they couldn’t honor that rather and we were ch $50 more for the same room.

Clean room, price was decent for the location

No Breakfast you had to pay for items in the store. You had to pay for parking. It wasn't that close to the falls. The walking distance was a few miles. Did not live up to the "Marriot Name". Entryway was ugly and dirty, with no decore. The parking lot had debris all over. Cans, cigarette wrappers, etc.. You had to view the TV sideways from the bed. No Shower door. Bottles with soap, shampoo, and body were were almost empty. Garbage truck at 630am in the morning were very loud.
