Inn On The Twenty

Our room was perfect! The cleaning staff were meticulous and there was even a rose left on my pillow. The suite was larger than we expected. Surprised by the online concierge "Ivy".

The coffee service in the room was not great. We went to foyer to get coffee and that set-up was out of creamer and sugar. It's unfortunate that this beautiful Inn is located beside ongoing construction. This really should be mentioned before booking. Also disappointed that there were no small shops etc. to browse in during our stay. There is nothing to do once you arrive at this Inn. Hoping once the construction is wrapped up some shops will open up.

Excellent location with shops & wineries close by. Lovely area for walking & relaxing. Everyone was friendly & helpful especially in the Spa. Felt enveloped with warmth & care. The food was amazing & worth coming back for!

Construction noise woke me up too early! It should have been mentioned at booking at least & possibly offered a continental breakfast in room. Not a relaxing ending to a great getaway.

Dining room is beautiful - lots of atmosphere. Staff were always courteous and helpful. Parking is convenient. One suggestion would be to have a little fridge in the room - someplace to chill the wine that is so readily available. We liked the birthday card for my wife that was in the room when we arrived. Little things like that make a difference.

As stated above, a little fridge in the room would have been nice to chill the wine. We've been to the Inn before and will probably be back.

Great small hotel with exceptional service from great staff. The food at the restaurant and our breakfast in our room were very good. We also had a great couples massage that so relaxed me that I fell asleep. Overall it was an excellent experience that we would happily return.

We missed breakfast. I am afraid we sampled many bottles of your wine after dinner, and breakfast was missed.

I suppose we could complain that there were no chocolates on pillow, but after our bad behaviour in the restaurant I wonder if it was penance

so close to cave springs winery, walking distance. Also restaurant, which was exceptionally delicious. Room was spacious and clean, although the carpeting needs replaced. Bathroom was large.

The food was amazing and the service was amazing too The option to eat in your room was really nice, especially after a long drive as well as for breakfast that way you could have more time to get ready

The Air conditioning was a little loud And there was no refrigerator which was a bit hard on us because we got some snack that need a fridge

The hotel is gorgeous, the 12' ceilings are lovely, the room was really nice, the staff were great, the restaurant and spa were excellent. Ball's Falls and Bruce trail were nice for hiking.

There was not a ton of stuff to do in the immediate area, but for a short getaway it was lovely to stay at the hotel and visit the spa and restaurant.

We stayed at the city. Absolutely wonderful. Staff thoughtful and friendly. Highly recommend for a weekend expat the Niagara Bench.

It was perfect, no complaints.

The room itself was huge and the bathroom facilities were lovely!

The wiring of the room made it hard to actual just turn on a specific light without turning on several. More annoying than anything else however.
