The bed was so comfortable and loved the pillows. Slept so well. Room was spacious and close to restaurants. Good location. Great place for your money. Would stay here again. !! It was a nice room. It was a very nice room. Thank you!

The bathroom door did not shut , It rubbed on the floor and was making noise. The bathroom fan filter on ceiling needs a good cleaning, dusting. The button to regulate the heat on the heater was pushed in and broken. Could not regulate the temperature. The whole cover of the heater, air conditionner kept on falling off. This needs a major cleaning. So filthy dirty inside and look like mold . Needs a clean filter and a good washing with disinfectant. The bottom of entrance door as a gap Could feel the cold draft. come in. Could use a bit off renovating .

I asked specically to be located in quiet area and easy to get to pool for kids. I got exactly what i wanted. Pool was nice and rooms were clean and beds were great. Everything was great. Definitely would come back.

I was charged twice. I understand was a mistake but had to call 4 times to clear the problem. I didnt get any feedback. I had to call each time to see if problem was resolved. Finally my 4 th call with Somer it was resolved in a few minutes.

The room is very clean, especially the bathroom; it looks like the bathroom has been recently renovated. I was a little bit concerned when I arrived at the location as the buildings looked old and worn down from the outside and the area was not really well-lit at night; however, the room itself is really spacious, clean, well-lit, and smells really fresh, and the beds are comfortable with clean and fresh beddings. There are plenty of parking space. The location is good, only 5 minutes from where we can take the 1000-island cruise. It is also close to Mc Donalds, gas station and groceries stores. The staff is really nice :).

The free breakfast is under-average, no warm meals options; however, with the low price of the room itself, I would not complain.

It is a renewed hotel, with a good and safe pool. The room we got was very good, it was a double with an entrance up front and another to the patio. It is well located within Gananoque close to two groceries stores and some restaurants. Coffee 24-7 for free, amazin

1. The grab and go breakfast. Quite boring after a week staying there, always the same things. The dinning area was closed, so you had to eat at the room or somewhere else 2. If you are staying for more than two days they should give new soap and shampoo, we had to ask for it in the front desk.

Location was perfect for travel out the next day. The staff (managers/reception) were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean and very quite. The only minor problem was the ice machine not working or empty. That was solved immediately by the front office staff by them providing me a full tub of ice from inside the office. I was booked into a Queen room, which was not available when I was checking in. (I was there very early). Instead, they booked me into a King room (no increase in price). That is service.

Hard to highlight anything here, everything seemed reasonable: the location, with 15-20 minutes to the shore, and close to metro; the room, the cleanliness, all reasonable, but would not say exceptional.

The breakfast was rather limited in options, and there was no dedicated place for where one could have it.

Loved the self serve coffee. Breakfast exactly as advertised; we were there at 6:45 (15mins before official start) and everything was available early which we appreciated. Good value, walking distance from everything, staff are super accommodating and happy.

Can clearly hear what is going on in other rooms (showers, doors, snoring, etc.)

Room was clean and comfortable. Quiet area. Convenient parking and the price was somewhat reasonable. Close to restaurants.

Very basic breakfast options. No coffee maker in the room, you have to go to the office for coffee.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. There was a mistake in the check in where they gave us the wrong room number but the receptionist promptly corrected it. Room is spacious (we got 3 queen beds for 4 adults), super clean and with a very modern decor. There was a microwave, a mini fridge and some coffee supplies, very standard. Breakfast was decent with some croissants, muffins, bananas and yogurt and the coffee was amazing. I would definitely stay here again.

Access to the second floor of the building can be challenging since it's trough a very dark and steep stairs from the outside of the building

Location was great , room was nice and warm , very clean and beds were decent . Breakfast was just a grab and go but still good .. muffins, bananas, yogurt, juice granola bars and coffee/tea there is a coffee’machine that had French vanilla hot chocolate and cappacino pretty good to and can us anytime.. all in all really good experience.. no complaints
