Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre

Falling in LOVE with this hotel!!..Ultra moderne at it's best!.Usually stay @ The Sandman over on Davie..They are STILL renovating that building..Going two years now! May try it once it's finished, in the mean time, The Sheraton Wall Centre is the place! SUPER CLEAN HOTEL..SO IMPORTANT, Especially now-a-days!!..We had the perfect room too!! 27th floor corner..STUNNING views of the North Shore mountains{still have snow caps}..UBER QUICK elevators was a treat..Shall be staying here more than not!!

Unfortunately, no microwaves in rooms..That $8.00 Starbucks breakfast sandwich just had to be cold..Oh, well..As MICK JAGGER once sang so proudly.."You can't alway's get what you want"..Neighbours on this floor, constantly slamming doors..

Staff were very friendly and helpful with hotel dealings (areas not to go, restaurants, and places to visit). All our rooms had all the right things in it. With coffee machines, all adapters close to the bed and in the right places. Our bed was so comfortable our first morning. I really didn't want to get up. After all, we had been travelling for 3 weeks. Planes Trains and Automobiles, I was exhausted, and the bed was a welcome rest.🫠🫣 The hotel had a North and South Tower to it. With the bar and restaurant, (alittle over priced but had a good selection) in the North Tower. A Starbucks coffee shop in the South Tower, which we made a lot of use of. All together, we really enjoyed this stay.... Thank You

When we had a problem with our flights, the receptionist was quite rude and did not want to know, which was not very helpful at all. After spending 3 hours on the phone, we had sorted it but with an extra cost around £500. On the bright side, it did make our flight home more enjoyable as it was a far better service on the Westjet flight in premium class. We even met Canada's well-known entertainer from Vancouver Island.

The location was excellent. We were able to park our car and walk or use transit everywhere we went. There are a ton of restaurants and shops within walking distance. I was also happy that we had a higher floor. The view was pretty cool from that high up. I was glad to see that there was a courtyard type area right outside the front doors allowing guests with cars or busses to be able to drive off the street and park to check in or out without feeling unsafe like you would on the street. I also really liked the breakfast buffet. Its nice having buffets again. I also LOVED that there were a lot of elevators. Some hotels have one or two and with Covid limiting how many people can be in one, its nice that this hotel had 6 and you didn't have to wait long for one.

While the buffet was delicious and had an okay selection , it doesn't change at all. So its scrambled eggs every day. Its bacon everyday. Its turkey sausage everyday. Mixing it up a bit every few days would be a nice option. I also didn't like that there were no laundry facilities.

I love the location. It is walking distance to a lot of attractions. Lots of places to eat around the area, including Cafe One across the way on the North tower. The staff are very friendly and accommodating as well. Thank you Lily and the housekeeping crew for keeping our stay clean & comfy.

The pillows were not comfortable at all. They flatten down once your head hits the pillow. Need new pillows that would keep their shape and firmness.

Great location, very nice facility. Stayed in the “Family Room” on the 14th (RM 1405) floor of the Sheraton South Tower (next to main building, attached by walkway). Room is a long hallway, fridge and coffeemaker provided. Can request microwave for those who need it. There are two rooms separated by doors and walls. Ample space for privacy and time together in one collective room. Photos included of: one of the main bedrooms: 2 queens/full plus seating and desk not shown in room; one private bathroom in the hall, no transparency in doors; hallway leading up to the separated rooms; kitchenette area with fridge, coffeemaker, ice bucket and microwave not yet shown.

Hairdryer wasn’t functioning, that was fine. Requested one on a Wednesday night and it took over an hour to get a replacement. They’re also likely short-staffed I imagine, so some grace.

It has a compostable waste basket. We got two rooms and we were given two rooms beside each other. We love their connecting doors. Health club accessible to all. The staff were really friendly and understanding.

The refrigerator is placed inside a closet and you can't open the refrigerator the closet door hinders it This was not a deal breaker because we used the other room's refrigerator but it was a funny fail design.

Not only was the bed comfortable, the pillows were fantastic as we usually find hotel pillows fall flat once used. The toiletries were brilliant! The warm oak scent was amazing and koodoos for using large bottles instead of the wasteful tiny bottles that most hotels use. The staff were all amazing and were able to accommodate our early check-in request even on short notice due to the airline rescheduling and cancelling our flights.

Not an exaggeration but there were a few times where we had to wait any where from 5-10 minutes for an elevator.

Beautiful corner king room on the 27th floor with amazing views of English Bay, the North Shore Mountains and the city. Comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff. Walking distance to the seawall, restaurants, and bars. Nice bar/restaurant in the lobby for a drink before you head up to your room.

The pool / hot tub area was very busy and noisy, with a lot of kids. I think they have people with time-shares there who bring their families. If you want a peaceful hot tub, you need to choose your times carefully.

The location of the hotel was great and convenient Bed was comfortable Master light switch was a bit of a nuisance when in bed to turn off lights.

I found it was a bit cold with the air conditioner and inability to regulate the temperature in the room. Although when in bed it was OK

I likes the staff .. all of them are very cheerful, welcoming and extremely helpful. I asked for a microwave and a kettle as I was staying for 2 weeks and they provided them for me. Guest service was excellent and fast Location is great.. The bed was very comfortable

The room master light switch was far near the door and there was no other one near the bed so that was little bit unpractical.. I was bit disappointed that the hotel doesn’t provide laundry service and the laundry go to outside shop. The prices were very expensive, at least for me!
