The beds were extremely comfortable. Room was very clean and well maintained. Great location

The location can’t be beat, you can walk everywhere within 20 minutes. Transit is also super easy to navigate and get to the hotel if you don’t want to Uber or Taxi. The staff is incredible; very helpful and knowledgeable. Frankie’s (restaurant attached) has really great food - highly suggest mussels - and has live jazz. The room I got was great, I can’t speak highly enough of this place. I will definitely stay here again. if you’re solo travel and looking for coffee shops; there’s a place called “lovelarte” which has great food, coffee and working space.

Front desk staff were fantastic! Check in and check out process was seamless. The room was clean (my only complaint is that the bedding had some fluffs & hair remaining from laundering) and the little extras (like curling iron and wine opener!) definitely added a little bit more to the value of the room. The bed was comfortable enough, though I did have to sleep in the exact middle, as I could feel a bit of a sunken in spot on the right side of the bed. The little fitness area looked to be great-though I did not use it this trip. Frankie’s-the Italian restaurant had a great menu. We enjoyed our meal there!

As I mentioned above-the bedding had some fluffs and hair (located at the foot of the bed, where the covers where folded and tucked under at the end) on the sheets that I would hope to be leftover from laundering.

We had the opportunity to stay at one of the suites, and we were impressed. Very spacious, clean and comfortable rooms, the decor is definitely not my style but it was bad. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful! And parking is a little bit cheaper than other hotels in downtown Vancouver. I could say it is a family-friendly hotel.

My only complaint is the access to the hotel: is not easy as there is a bike lane on that side of the street where the hotel is, and cars are parked in the 3 or 4 parking spots on the street so it is complicated to get out of a car.

Breakfast was very good. Staff was courteous - front desk, housekeeping, & restaurant. I have dairy allergies & was able to get oat milk for coffee in my room. I likes that there was a fridge. Especially liked the chaise lounge by the window with convenient side table. Also liked additional shelving to store my toiletries neatly off the counter & shower was a good size. Very Good restaurant for dinner as well staff helpful with allergy accommodations. Dimmer switch on bedside lamps were helpful.

Coffee maker was loud, made tiny coffees and not good coffee. Really missed having even a tiny microwave for reheating coffee, tea, or milk for hot beverages or a muffin. A soaker tub after a long active day would be a plus. Thought there was a jacuzzi in the voiding but saw nothing about where it was located.

Room size, layout, location of the property and staff assistance in general

Doors to room close with very loud sound which means you hear other guests closing doors when inside your room-irritating between 6pm to midnight. The bathroom lack exhaust fan, no instruction cards for use of TV or coffee maker. If you not Canadian the TV is mysterious and the coffee maker was idiosyncratic even when we figured out how to operate it. Also, the front desk info on Medical facilities was erroneous when we relied on it.

I loved the location, the fab bar/restaurant within, the staff, the refrigerator in the room, the filtered water and ice available on every floor, the comfort and size of the room, the aircon, the wardrobe space.. everything was spot on.

If I was to nitpick, I would say the mirror in the bathroom was unflattering - it drained me so I ended up putting more make up in than necessary and was a little clownish! The adaptor I brought with me wouldn’t work because the Canadian socket didn’t want to up the wattage.

The hotel it self was absolutely STUNNING. Very comfortable and chic. They also did have some neat features like a number you could text to see if your room was available for early check in.

The one complaint we did have was the hidden fees. We paid over $100 in fees that were never mentioned until I asked why my booking price was different than the charged price. They never ONCE mentioned that parking was additional, they never ONCE mentioned fees. And when our group asked what these charges were, and questioned why we were never told about them the staffs response was “It’s downtown Vancouver you pay for parking everywhere.”

Modern, comfortable rooms at a reasonable price. The Italian restaurant, Frankie’s, is a great place to eat and you don’t even have to leave the hotel.

This is definitely not a complaint about the property itself but just a comment. I have booked this property a couple of times through booking.com and I’m not sure if there is a lack of communication between the two? The 1st booking I cancelled the room through booking.com and the property had not received the cancellation. With our most recent stay, we arrived and the reservation was not on record. I’m not 100% sure what the issue was but it was taken care of promptly with no issue! Thanks Georgian Court!

I had an amazing stay at Georgian Hotel! Very clean and modern rooms, really kind staff (especially one guy, forgot to ask his name, he was working morning and afternoon and he was so kind, we talked a little bit, he was so nice, thank you!!) and great location! The hot tub and sauna area were fantastic as well! I loved the fact that there’s a yoga mat in each room and ice and water dispenser in each floor! They also offer luggage store which is really nice when you check-out but still want to explore the city without having to carry luggage around! I will definitely come back and recommend this place!
