Clean, comfortable and accessible. The staff were very accommodating and polite, helping with all of our dumb English questions. Parking for our very large rental truck was out the back which actually worked out perfect for us as it was literally seconds from the room. Room was quiet with zero road noise. Housekeeping daily refreshed the rooms as required. Wifi perfectly acceptable. 5 mins walk from the start of the main drag. Would 100% stay again and happy to recommend. Pool and hot tubs made for a great perfect relaxation spot post a day on the slopes. Secure lockers for snowboarding kit was accessible and free.

Nothing. We did our research before staying, knew what to expect and it turned out better than we thought

We chose to stay here because it is located at one of the Big Ski 3 bus stops. Our window was facing the street so we knew when it was time for us to leave. Amenities are all conveniently located. The ski storage room and laundry were both located near the carpark and easily accessible from the street level. Convenient location close to town.

A boot drying in the ski storage area would have made the experience perfect. We were not able to fully dry our snowboard boots and have them ready the next morning. Disappointed this facility is not included as it is always expected at a large ski hotels.

The location was great, a short walk to city center but far enough away from the crowds. A block away from a coffee shop and a couple from the grocery store. Underground parking was nice when there was snow that came through. The pool, hot tubs, and sauna was another reason why I chose to stay at this place. Plenty of pool towels available. Rooms were clean and had microwave/fridge. Staff was friendly and helpful when I had questions on what to do. Thank you for the great stay, highly recommended.

Had some nights where the temperature of the room was really hot, but at least it wasn’t cold since outside temps were in the 20s Fahrenheit

The room was clean, comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. I loved the view of 3 major mountains from the windows with a balcony with outside seating as well as comfy chairs inside. Sitting with my coffee and looking out towards the mountains was a wonderful part of the day. The inn is a 5 min walk to the downtown centre, shopping and restaurants. They don't have them standard within rooms, but I was able to ask for a kettle for tea which they happily brought to the room for my stay.

It's not that I didn't like it but I think a daily cleaning service is not needed. Changing the door sign to indicate that a room cleaning is not needed that day (rather than "Quiet Please") would help reduce the environmental impact of daily cleaning and remind guests that this is something they can also consider to request when staying at a hotel.

The location is very good a short walk from down town. The room was large spacious and clean with an good view from the balcony. Parking facility is underground at the hotel. Breakfast was the Italian restaurant attached to the hotel or any number of places to eat within a 10 minute walk.

The reception was under staffed and busy! For us it was ok as we are still fit enough to bus our own luggage, however for some of the older tourists this causes quite a delay in checking in and checking out.

The location is perfect! Right on main street of Banff. Walking distance to everything. It also has the bus stop for the free ski shuttle to both Sunshine and Lake Louise directly in front of the lodge. People were very nice. Ski storage is easily accessible. Pool and Hot Tub on site were nice.

The hot tub chemicals needed some attention. They were a bit out of whack as there were significant bubbles produced which should not happen.

It is a very nice hotel. It is an older building and has been well updated. The room was clean and comfortable. I loved that we could open the window and we had a great mountain view.

The mattress could be softer but we ok. Quite a lot of noise from the hall travels clearly into the room. This wasn't an issue during sleeping hours as the hotel guests were very quiet.

Except for one, all staff were exceptionally nice, specially Dan and El. They helped us with tours and explained many things in details and patiently. Location was amazing. Rooms were nicely lit and spacious. Very clean. Free parking.

The bathrooms were small. I wish they could be bigger. it would always be nice to have disposable slippers in the rooms for guests. the beds and pillows were too soft, resulting in less sleep and back pain.

I liked the location. The ski shuttle stopped right outside the hotel. Staff were super friendly and helpful and coffee was always available in the lobby, which is nice on a very cold day.

I wish instead of a dry sauna, they had a wet sauna and I also wish there was just a small portable stove top in the room to make breakfast or a free warm breakfast was available. Also, the thermometer did not work in our room, but staff have us a heater, which did warm up the entire room after sometime.

very clean hotel, welcoming to dogs in a dog friendly room. I deeply appreciate the patience with my dogs who were unaccustomed to hotel travel. the staff were kind and sweet to my dogs, and respectful towards me when my dogs inevitably whined and needed to be “rescued” from the thralls of loneliness.

it would’ve been nice to have a single king instead of two queen beds (normally an interchangeable hotel price), but the king bed room was more expensive. Whether this is a hotel or a booking issue, I don’t know.
