Tangla Hotel Brussels

A beautiful, clean hotel with super service! The swimming pool and sauna were great, the room was exactly what we needed and the staff were really helpful. We had a burger from the Le Cinq which was delicious too. The hotel is only a short walk from the metro station Alma, where you can get into the centre or Bussels in less than 20mins for €2.60 per journey or I think it was about €8 for a day pass. Overall, a wonderful stay!

The only niggle we had was that the water cooler was empty on our first visit to the pool and the water tap on the side was not working. However, the following morning, the water cooler had fresh water in. It might just need a check more regularly and then there'd be no niggles at all!

very luxurious rooms, great location. Staff very helpful and polite. Definitely one of the better hotels in Brussels. Parking underground or outside, really great pool and fitness centre, great bar and restaurants :-)

My only criticism is that a lot of the fixtures in the rooms and by the pool could use updating - often good looking but poor quality items seem to have been used - for instance one of the ladders into the pool was super loose, squeaky and shaking when you stepped on it - not great. Just stuff like that!

Breakfast and pool were perfect. Great and large, both salted and sugary fresh choices for breakfast. Pool is large and nice. Just make sure to book a room on the same elevator shaft than the pool entrance (not to have to cross the hotel lobby in your bathrobe)

Room cleanliness was not perfect. A hair on the bed and again in the shower. If you don't want to spend 25€ for the hotel parking, the street option is not quite easy (very busy on a Saturday night although in the middle of nowhere)

Very comfortable. Spacious room and excellent breakfast although coffee not up to level of the rest - these big machines just don’t cut it. Had dinner which was equally lovely. Charming , helpful reception staff. Beautiful pool area..

Paid for an upgrade to a room with direct access to pool but was not supplied with bathrobe (I was twice told they had run out!) so had to change at the pool and so wasted 60 euros.

Enjoyed our main meals at the hotel and they were excellent The leisure facilities were great; well equipped gym and the pool area was very spacious

Totally our choice as to the location but we might possibly have chosen a hotel closer to the town in hindsight Disagreeable smell of damp where the spa and leisure facilities are located

Beautiful hotel, very comfortable rooms and beds - probably the best night of sleep I've had in a hotel - everything very tastefully decorated and well fitted. Wonderful swimming pool and facilities overall! I would absolutely recommend, just skip the breakfast.

The food!!! Everything was cold, bacon was so cold it was even too hard to eat, cereals had been sitting there for so long they formed a hard block that I couldn't break with the spoon at all. Some options like sausages were also not available. The coffee was pretty bad (from a self-serve machine) and the juices and flavoured water weren't good either (and I suspect not from that morning). Not to mention the fact that the whole buffet was not sanitary at all.

Room was quiet, clean, large, nice design, and A/c was excellent, Bed was comfortable. Shower was excellent.. Extras were good - iron, hair dryer etc Excellent breakfast, but a bit expensive.

Did not like the glass door on toilet. The safe for valuables was faulty. Light switches were hard to understand. I would have liked a sheet, as duvet was not really necessary

lovely pool, good gym. nespresso machine in room with pods refreshed daily.

omelette bar wasn’t open, small choice of hot food. €19pp for breakfast very steep price for selection. location for city also quite far. 10 mins walk from metro though a student housing area

I had an issue with the parking. was not mis-informed about the prices and I had to pay something un-expected which made me furious at the time when I left the hotel. Also, when I was at the gym there were little kids playing with all the equipments (dumbbells, treadmill, other machines, etc…) which made my gym experience terrible.

Very nice and elegant hotel, rooms are Spacious and luxurious. Across the street from the wedding venue I was going to.

It is very far from the train station. 10 min+ walk with a suitcase and a toddler is not ideal.
