Very helpful staff - helped us merging two separate bookings and didn't make any hassle out of that. Thanks to them we were able to leave our stuff in the room and get on spontaneous trip to Paris : ) Good location: nice commute via public transport or very reasonable bolt/taxi fares to main parts of the city. Early check-in wasn't available, but at least we could leave the car in underground parking lot. EXTRAS: One of the best pizzerias in Europe (outside Italy), just 1 min away walk from hotel. And trust me, I traveled through Tuscany and Apulia, this maestro easily matches their quality and taste with ingredients he use.

This is my second time at the hotel, but now the quality is even better than before, as it has been renovated since my last visit. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, the bathroom is even nicer after the renovation. Breakfast is still very tasty and plentiful. I recommend it to everyone.

It is difficult to set the right temperature with the help of the air conditioner suitable for heating. The ventilator blows in heat from above and you need to set the temperature slightly higher so that it is warm throughout the room.

After a complimentary shuttle bus trip from the airport, we found the place to be very neat, clean and tidy. The hotel had a modern touch to it and was in a location close to the city centre after a short taxi / Uber ride. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room felt spacious for a studio. USB ports near the bed were very helpful.

Room initially only had one pillow each which was rectified after asking reception for another the following day. The shower tap was a little awkward to use and the air conditioner was quite noisy as it sounded like water running into a toilet for long periods of time. The TV didn’t work with all the channels and were placed close to other occupants who were a little noisy and we could smell someone had been smoking in one of the rooms.

Room was spacious and clean, bed comfortable, plenty of clothes storage space. Car park good and secure....once we found it! Staff polite, helpful and spoke perfect English for us. Out from the city centre but a few nice restaurants and shops within a couple of minutes walk. Overall very happy.

Car park was difficult to find. Although the entrance is very near the hotel it's not obvious from the road. A larger sign would help maybe. Some breakfast items would be better if kept hotter. For example coffee poured into small cold cups goes cold very quickly.

Location was good to go to the Event Lounge where we had a convention; a bit far though from the city center if that is what you are interested in. The room was fine and comfortable, and mine was not facing the main road, so it was very quiet to have a good rest at night.

If anything the room toilet facility was a bit old and outdated overall (my sink had a crack but did not leak though); but did the trick. There was not forced ventilation in it dough so after a shower you had to open the door to let the steam out of it.

The lovely and tidy room is refreshed daily; the wifi was solid, although only on my bed and not on the desk, so maybe some AP rearrangements are in order. ;) The breakfast was excellently handled with the classic pick what you want a good selection of foods - I generally don't eat breakfast, so I stuck with some delicious pastry and orange juice.

The wifi stability when sitting at the desk. Also, I would prefer you keep the bar of soap there and give me a new one every day, which is a bit wasteful, but I understand that some people would lose their minds over that.

Staff was really dedicated and helpful. Nice free coffee machine and very clean rooms. Very quiet at night wich make it easy to sleep. Room was big with big windows to let in the light. Nice interactive map of Brussels at the loby to plan your day. Easy access to buses so you could get to anywhere in the city.

Bed was a bit loopsided and bathroom door did not close all the way. The location of the hotel is forty minutes away on bus from downtown Brussels. There is not a lot to do near walking distance from the hotel.

The hotel is very nice and tidy. It is in an excellent location, it takes less than half an hour by bus from the airport, and about half an hour by bus to the city center from the hotel. We stayed in a business room, which is excellent. The bed is very comfortable, the room is spacious and with a lot of light. The great thing is that they have thick curtains and it can get really dark, so you can sleep without worries. The bathroom is spacious and beautiful, and has what is very important to us, which is a good shower. It is well soundproofed, so I didn't hear people walking in the corridor or from the next room at all (or we were lucky that everyone on or floor were quiet and polite). The staff at the reception are very helpful and accommodating, and praise goes to them. WE will definitely stay with them again when in Brussels. Excellent ratio of quality and price.

Clean and tidy room (except for the TV remote). Comfortable mattress. Friendly receptionists.

Did not get to use the included airport shuttle service, even after following their instructions to the teeth. The pillows are basically unusable, those gotta go! Hard to sleep during the day, cleaning service is carelessly loud when cleaning nearby rooms.
