Aparthotel Adagio Vienna City

liked the location, easy access/walking to center, Prater, U-Bahn, Tram right across the street. Room was nice and spacious, great view. Loved having the kitchenette. Grocery store close by. Hotel is right by the Danube Canal

Fair amount of emergency vehicles with sirens blaring driving by at all times

Friendly service, large and clean bathroom. The bed was big and the room had everything needed for staying longer than one night - an iron and ironing board, big wardrobe with a lot of hangers, a vacuum cleaner, a table with two chairs. The kitchen part had a fridge, a microwave, a stovetop, a kettle, a coffee machine for Nespresso capsules and all the kitchen utensils. There is a garbage room on every floor where everyone can dispose off the trash.

The building is a bit outdated but well maintained. There are some dirty spots on the hallway carpet, normal for such a busy hotel. The bed was a little higher than standard.

Wonderful clean, bright apartment, with a kitchen, bathroom and large bedroom. Close to the Danube River for nice River walks. It is close to a good grocery store.

Operating the cook top was confusing. You needed to turn a mob on the wall to start the cook top and keep turning it every 15 minutes Then you turned the nob on the stove top the right. it is very important to keep the fan going because if the fire alarm goes off the fire dept comes and you are charged 500 Euros.

Located at the heart of the city. The room was comfortable and we had a nice view of the city. Cute breakfast area and lounge. Breakfast was pretty good.

Reached two hours before check in time (3pm) but the staff began processing check in only after 3. Would have been more efficient if they could have processed it earlier, so I could have been in the room at 3, instead of having to wait another 45min. Didn’t get a friendly vibe from the staff at the hotel. The room could have had more amenities. Just some coffee/tea bags even. No cleaning service happened in the 3 days I was there.

Breakfast was versatile and satisfactory. The location was perfect - a 10-minute walk away from the Innere Stadt, well-connected to the rest of the city and easy to find. It is in a safe area, and our room had an amazing view. The room was spacious and clean with an organized and fully supplied kitchenette with clean towels and TVs in each room. It's great for accommodating three people.

The receptionist who accommodated us seemed a bit absent-minded - we weren't told we need the room card/key to activate the elevator, we weren't told when and where breakfast will be served, he forgot to give us the room key, we didn't know we weren't charged for our last day of breakfast until check-out although we agreed to pay for the total days of breakfast at check-in. We are aware that guests should ask for any additional information, but we expected to be informed about the general functioning of the hotel at our arrival. Other than that we had no complaints, and the restaurant staff was very friendly and kind.

We didn't have breakfast. The location was excellent. There is a tram stop outside the door. Train and metro all with in walking distance. Great for shopping , supermarkets and eateries all a few minutes walk. There is so much to see, Palaces, Churches, magnificent buildings and the architecture is fantastic. Lovely places to eat and drink. Beautiful coffee cafés and the cakes were delicious. Oh l also loved the cream. We had Chinese food and food in Flanagans bar. We also went on a boat trip on the Danube,very enjoyable. We went to the Spanish Riding School to see the the horses traning for the dressage, very reasonably priced. We would have liked to stay longer because there is so much to see and do. We were there for five days. It is a very beautiful city and very clean. The people were very friendly and helpful. .

As far as we are concerned it was perfect. It was my second time there and my husband 's first and he loved it.

We are really happy to have chosen this apartment hotel. A great place to explore Vienna on foot, to walk the entire center. Very good connection with the airport - about 10 minutes on foot from the train and about 10 minutes to the Airportlines bus, which runs early in the morning. Close to the cathedral, restorants and all other attractions as well as the hop on hop off bus stop. Our room faced the inner courtyard, the view through the window was not important for us. Quiet, small but spacious room. There were no problems with heating the room - neither hot nor cold. Comfy pillows. Kitchenette with basics and some tea, coffe.

High price. There was a bit of dust, and a few more details that the interior designers invented :)

Location was great, staff very friendly, approachable and helpful. Bathroom was lovely, the hotel itself was very clean and quiet. We slept very well the entire stay. We were offered an upgrade although it wasn't clear if free or not, of which we didn't take, we had a room with a 'view of the terrace' which was not a view, but we didn't need a view as we didn't choose the hotel because of its spectacular views of Vienna we only slept here. Room size and storage was very good. Would def stay here again the staff, value for money and location are real benefits to this hotel.

Small improvements could be made which I'm certain they already know, such as shower water pressure very low so not very invigorating! We didn't use the kitchen other than the fridge but were informed that a lot of it was not in working order so should we have wanted it wouldn't have been ideal, this wasn't a problem for us though. The kitchen and bathroom are modern but the bedroom decor let's it down a bit, the curtains and 'artwork' were very tired (room 516). The hotel has more of a hostel feel, not a problem for us but keep in mind. The breakfast could be improved, the food on offer was good and very nice staff, but cooked options and the coffee machine sadly let it down.

We upgraded the room to a room with a view . It was absolutely beautiful, we could see the whole view on Vienna city center . The room was big and clean , we had plenty of room for everything we needed . Theres a very nice kitchen in the bedroom so we could cook meals when we wanted . The kitchen comes with all the things you need to cook with , so we had to buy only the food in the supermarket which is very close to the hotel . Me and my boyfriend enjoyed every single moment in the hotel , the staff is very kind and helpful , they always helped us pleasantly when we needed something. There is a tram stop right next to the hotel which is perfect. We will definitely be back to this hotel because we loved it so much . I definitely recommend going there ❤️ :)

The hotel was great in a nice location- next to the center of Vienna, but in a quiet and nice neighborhood. Next the hotel . there is a bus station that is really good and the the frequency is high. In a distance walk of 5 min there is a tram station and a big bus station. Also, the CAT shuttles are 7 min distance walk. There is a nice mall next to the hotel and restaurants and bars. The hotel is quiet, clean and the staff are amazing. You can ask for Nespresso machine and it was really important for me (bring your own capsules as the hotel provide them with cost).

It could be nice if the hotel provides things such as personal toiletries, water, welcome coffee, as provided in almost every hotel. It's an apartment hotel, but even in such you get things like those and the hotel is not cheap. the gym could be much better there were only 3 machine there...
