Nautilus Resort Mooloolaba

Location is awesome, check in and out couldn’t be simpler.

The shower needs new washers and new shower head.

Not only were the Managers friendly and responsive but the room was well appointed for a couple. The bathroom had a large walk in shower with beautiful rain head as well as being fitted out with washing machine and dryer. The kitchen had a Ceasar stone benchtop, convection microwave oven, stovetop and dishwasher. The lounges and bed were very comfortable and the balcony overlooked the spa and pool area. The location was within walking distance to everything.

It was sad to see the restaurant empty Perhaps the management could consider offering breakfast to the guests and build up slowly from there

The location is excellent - literally up the road from the Mooloolaba Surf Club and the beach. The facilities were great. A well equipped kitchen, newly renovated bathroom, and what appeared to be a new sofa. Clean and quiet apartment, with plenty of onsite parking available and lift access. Swimming pool and spa were great and there was enough room (and sunbeds!) for everyone to enjoy these shared facilities. Helpful and friendly staff on the reception desk. I would highly recommend Nautilus Resort to others.

There were some strange white markings on the wall in the cave area of the swimming pool. Looked a bit gross and had to be careful that my kids didn't touch it - not sure what it was! Also, there were some broken tiles around the edge of the swimming pool that need to be fixed.

Overlooking the pool area was excellent as I was alone and could watch others having fun! The staff were very friendly and helpful and yet not obtrusive! I was able to walk to beach, shops, etc. and felt safe out alone.

Climbing into the shower was bit daunting and will mean I will eventually have to find another place to stay as I get older and less fit and confident to tackle the bath.

Nautilus is a good value resort that is well-located in Mooloolaba just off the Esplanade. The room was comfortable although is overdue for a refresh. I have previously stayed at Nautilus in a renovated room which was excellent. The car park is spacious and suitable for a large 4WD which is somewhat unusual for Mooloolaba. The managers are excellent. Overall, Nautilus is a good place to stay in Mooloolaba without breaking the bank.

Rooms in the complex are gradually being renovated which will make a huge difference.

The location was great. Close to the beach, restaurants, cafe's etc. Parking and access are also good. Staff were friendly. Looked like the pool was clean (we went to the beach).

The unit had everything, but was compact/small. The shower is in the spa-bath with a massive step up/over making access tricky if you have any kind of mobility concerns at all - particularly once surfaces are wet (which is what happens in a shower)

Check in was simple and easy,the room I had was modern and comfortable with a balcony and outdoor seating area so coffee on the balcony each morning. Parking your car seems like there’s plenty of spaces ,, I have a disability and found a parking area right between the elevators so definitely five stars ⭐️ for that option..

It happens everywhere but coinciding with my trip there was roadworks very close by making getting into and out of the building and onto the road a total nightmare and from the amount of work they appear to be doing it look like at least a years work ..I thought I was very lucky to have got a parking spot right in front of the building,but on checking in I was told access to the car park was from the street behind me but the friendly receptionist said don’t worry there’s a turning point just a few hundred metres ahead it took me 30 minutes to get to the car park 😱😱

loved the local straight to the surf club,esplanade,coffee,7/11 for my 24 hour work mode and. excellent facilities I also found it very accommodating to be able to smoke on the balcony as a music based worker of over 30 years it’s a common choice by many arts workers and comfort was very relaxing

there was a square hole in the wall behind the b-room door and was some only some though I note amounts of dirt in corner crevices of which I could also be a little picky as I have worked all aspects of a hotel besides front office but not really a major problem considering the beach side location and the fact that lots of sand I’m sure would pass through the property and views made up for this

The managing agents & their staff offered exceptional customer service . Their hospitality was first rate. The location of Nautilus Resort is awesome & the cost of the stay was very affordable. It is ideally located within easy walk to the beach, restaurants, clubs, numerous eateries & wharf. Just what we liked. Parked the car & could stroll everywhere else.

My only negative is that due to the structure of the complex, the balconies overlooking the pool also overlook other other people’s units. A bit uncomfortable.

The location is fabulous, walking distance to the beach and shops. The pool was lovely and the grounds. The staff were friendly. The units were modern and liveable, pool, gym and mini-golf.

The unit needed some maintainance to the shower head, the beds were a bit uncomfy. Although there were blinds, the lights in the complex were on all night so it was hard for me to sleep and sunny in the morning. The traffic noise was a bit high at night, so leaving the doors open was not an option.
