Check in and reception staff and staff in general were all excellent, especially Sean on reception. View a and location and well as general facilities both in the room and the hotel were excellent and the location was fantastic.

Lots of the building was a little tired, areas around to poll were all covered in hazard tape, there was duck tape everywhere holding things together, lifts, public areas. The shower in the main room was too low for a decent size adult, I am 6ft although I guess that is a sacrifice for having a Jacuzzi bath, so fine. One of the lifts, i think lift one had a trouble with the scanner to reach floors and often did not work.

The location and view were amazing. We couldn't have picked a better spot. We were able to walk everywhere and there were so many ice cream shops! The shallow pool was perfect for our toddler. The staff were also lovely and helpful. We were able to charge our car in the secure car park.

We had to call reception about two seperate cleanliness issues however they fixed the issue right away. The pool area had construction tape around and the gardens weren't as pictured but the pool was still great. We had issues with our keys not working a few times but it was all sorted quickly.

The location to Mooloolaba beach was outstanding - a 2 minute stroll. The 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious with 2 living areas.

The value for money was not good value. For $900/night I would expect all of the kitchen utensils to be 5 star. The non-stick fry pan is scratched & no longer non-stick (it needs to be urgently replaced). The kitchen plug does not fit the sink hole (the water escapes when washing up). There was only one piece of Tupperware (need more plastic containers with lids). At this price you’d expect free wifi in the apartment (it is only in the reception area). The soap, shampoo, conditioner, skin lotion dispensers need to be checked that they are full (not the case for our stay - however they were promptly refilled when requested).

Room, view, location, pool

no wi-fi and receptionist gave us separate key passes for facilities, entry and room. Should be one pass for all. Approached a reception to call a cab for flight home, she dialled the cab number and passed the head piece over. We had to select numbers to get through which we couldn’t reach. Why couldn’t she have done this for us??

The location of Sirocco is fantastic as you are close to everything, shops, restaurants and of course the beach. Everything is at your fingertips and you don’t have to drive anywhere. The views even from the fourth floor are impressive. We were above the pool which wasn’t too noisey. The apartment was spacious and the bed and couch were really comfortable. Plenty of pillows and towels. The water pressure was strong in the shower. The kitchen was bigger than normal. The sunrises and sunsets are stunning. I wanted to make a special mention to Hannah, on the front desk. Hannah is certainly a veteran at politeness, local knowledge and the most friendliest receptionist in Mooloolaba. She should train other staff in her hands on approach to guests. Her positive attitude and beaming smile every day was so refreshing and I can see her being manager one day. Hannah couldn’t do enough for us. Thank you so much. Hope to see you again. What hotels don’t realise is that guests want to feel a little special and are Covid fatigued. We were chilled and relaxed after our stay. Definitely worth the money.

I didn’t like the spa bath as I have a bad knee but fortunately the apartment had a walk in shower in the other bathroom..The gym was well equipped but had no weights. Just a small thing to remember to bring your own weights. The gym had all the equipment you need for a workout.

The room was amazing, with our own rooftop bbq / drinks area. The bed was more comfortable than my own bed at home, and the location was perfect. An abundance of places to eat downstairs. We were there for 5 nights, and I only had to use my car once. I cant wait to stay here again

I have an electric car, and twice I plugged my car into a power point in the basement, and twice I found it unplugged on the ground. More my fault though, than the fault of the property. I would still give it 10/10

The location couldn't be any better - literally across the road from the beach. Amazing view!! The apartment was spacious and the bed comfy. Restaurants and convenience store downstairs. Everything we needed was so handy!!

We stayed in two apartments - the lounge furniture in one of them was comfy while the other apartment not so comfy.

I liked the friendly welcome upon arrival and the beautiful touch of a hand written Christmas card and some shortbread biscuits awaiting me in my room. The view was spectacular, everything was spotlessly clean and well organised. The television had plenty of viewing choices if we wanted to relax a bit. Great proximity to some very enjoyable restaurants and shops. I especially enjoyed the heated swimming pool for some laps early in the mornings.

There’s nothing for me to dislike.

The view from our 4th floor room was fabulous overlooking Moolooaba beach & the resorts pools. The facilities were clean & easily accessible. The suite was well appointed to prepare a meal in should you choose to do so & the options to dine out along the esplanade were plentiful. I loved having a laundry to keep on top of washing, which allowed us to travel light. It was also well appointed with a broom & brush'n'pan, allowing us to keep the room clean.

The rooms could have had a little more attention to detail when it came to the finer details of presentation. The walls were in need of a lick of paint due to scuff marks & the skirting boards had dust & sticky grime on them. We also had a slight ant problem (mainly in the rubbish bin) in spite of maintaining a clean suite.

What a perfect location. Right in the middle of Mooloolaba. The staff at reception were fantastic and extremely helpful. The rooms were fully equipped and huge with a perfect outlook of the beach.

We were disappointed that we couldn't stream to the TV's from our phones as the FIFA women's games were on. We couldn't connect due to connectivity and internet issuse.
