Holiday Inn Warwick Farm, an IHG Hotel

Room was very comfortable and the staff were very professional and friendly. I did eat in the bistro on the ground floor and was pleasantly surprised for quality and variety of the menu. Staff also in the bistro were very friendly and accomodating.

No complaints about the property. I did use the train, located between Warwick Farm & Cabramatta Stations, the walk was a little long but that was my choice. Once at the train, the trains were very convenience to access the airport.

The service was absolutely amazing!! Having a fitness centre on sites was great too! Don't get me started on the cloud like bed that we're absolutely heaven!! Having Wi-fi was a winner with the kids and the swimming pool if only it was warmer weather. They also loved the pancakes at the buffet and delivered to them too

To be honest a decent set of Dumbbells in every weight or even second weight. But overall I have nothing to complain about

The Hotel was well located for our stay in Sydney with a comfortable bed and good sized bathroom. A restaurant was located on site but as we were visiting with family we never got a chance to try it out. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

The guest laundry was coin operated, I would have preferred a form of charge back to the room, on the plus side at least they had one. The towels were a little on the small side.

The service and the whole team are amazing so good to see the customer service is spot on. Also there service to rooms and the assistance around the clock. What an awesome team off staff they have. I wish all customer service could be like Holiday inn Warwick farm team. Trust it's so hard to find amazing customer service teams around. They really stepped up there game from Check in to Checking out. There service is definitely 10 out of 10.

U can't fault the service at Holiday Inn warwick. We loved everything from check in to checking out.

Good choice of teas and coffee in the room. Fresh milk was a bonus. Good range of toiletries. Best of all were soft pillows as usually pillows are far too high and bouncy. Staff were a delight and very helpful. Storing our luggage between our two stays was so helpful.

A noisy and abusive guest in the adjoining room. Staff very kind and helpful about this. Traffic noise in the front. Best to ask for a room away from the highway.

The staff were exceptionally good. It was my wife's birthday and we checked in just for a day. Luke and the two ladies at reception went out of the way to get a beautiful birthday card and a special dessert made for my wife to make our stay memorable. Luke also offered complementary coffee/drinks while arranging to get us a room with a balcony ( there were none available initially) when we checked in around 3.30pm, and arranged to get our luggage sent to the room while we enjoyed a drink and pizza at the bar. Buffet breakfast included with our stay was also very good, tasty with a good spread and multiple options, especially considering my wife has a vegetarian diet. Overall a very pleasant experience and I do recommend visiting Holiday inn Warwick fans. Just on a side note, coming with previous hospitality levels seen in Asian 5 star hotels, this is the first hotel in Sydney/ Melbourne region where we have really felt that there is good "hospitality" in Aussie hotels. Keep up the good work Holiday Inn Warwick team.

Warwick farm is a quiet place , except during races. Nearby, Liverpool has some very good eateries - better to go early if with family, as the Liverpool area isn't too well lit at night and the crowd on streets there wasn't we would like to see.

Clean and tidy. Basic hotel.

The bar/restaurant in the hotel, The Warrick, had glass doors to the children’s game area. Due to poor signage, a number of kids including my own ran face first into the glass. Told management twice yet nothing was done so I ended up moving a pot plant to cover the glass window so other children wouldn’t have the same fate.

Very helpful staff. Efficient and friendly. Excellent facilities. Room was very large and clean. Bathroom was very spacious, clean and fully equipped. Bed was very large and comfortable.

There were some large brown stains on the carpet Was told a breakfast buffet was available but not that there was a room service option. Was charged for buffet and had to replace this with room service when I saw the menu in the room

It’s our second time staying this hotel and first time to go into the pool. It’s an outdoor pool, wasn’t very big but well maintained. There was a small gym at the ground floor, and it got everything in it. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were really helpful and friendly. We enjoyed everything we were provided from the hotel during our holiday.

Nothing really. If have to list one thing would be no special views to see outside of the window.

The room was tremendous. Cleanliness was unquestioned and bathroom was very clean and fresh. The bed was a stand out with great lighting. The room appeared to have been recently refurbished and Was definitely 4 star plus. Breakfast was excellent for the cost. This will be our go to place in the future if we are staying in the area.

Unfortunately, our particular room was near the fountain which sounded like a washing machine. However, it quickly faded into light background noise and our sleep was not greatly disturbed. A minor issue.
