Ana Mandara is perfect for a romantic escape. The property is located directly opposite the Hastings river and has a wonderful view of the river. Our hosts Jennell and Leo could not have been more helpful or accommodating. Leo is an excellent cook and his breakfast is amazing. Whilst located a little outside the town centre it is an easy five minute drive into town and being in such a beautiful and peaceful location is very relaxing.

The property was really well presented. Our host Leo was extremely welcoming & went out of his way to make our stay very special. H e cooked us a lovely dinner and the dining / common area was spacious & warm with a log fire. A lovely ambience. Breakfast was also very good. I would have no hesitation recommending this property.

It's an amazing place to stay. Both Leo and Jenelle were great hosts and their customer service was excellent! They were very informative and would accommodate requests as well as try and make bookings for other restaurants for us. The room was great, airy and had plenty of space. Breakfast by Leo was always fanastic each of the days and portions were big. Definitely will come back and recommend to others.

I stayed here with my husband over the Easter long weekend and we loved it! The location is beautiful with a local beach and cafe at walking distance. My favourite thing about Ana Mandara though was the cleanliness and food. Shoutout to Leo for his delicious cooking and to Jennelle for her hospitality. In addition to the ammenities that you would expect from a luxury bed & breakfast, the personal touches make it even more enjoyable. We loved the champagne on arrival and Easter chocolates in our room. We are so looking forward to coming back.

There was nothing that we could fault, I would recommend booking in advance though as rooms fill up fast.

coming here felt like home, so welcoming. The Jacuzzi has such a beautiful view and it’s in the perfect spot to watch the sun go down. All the rooms are all beautiful and spotless couldn’t fault anything! Leo is an extraordinary cook 🤤 his food is to die for. Jennell is always there to help you with everything she also makes amazing coffees 🤤

We had the most brilliant stay at Ana Mandara. Jenelle and Leo have the most amazingly beautiful property and they are the consummate hosts. Long costal walks, relaxing on near-deserted beaches, first time surfing for one of the oldies, amazing food cooked by chef Leo, and a visit to the Koala hospital! Cannot recommend it highly enough.

We were made to feel welcome and special from the moment we walked into Ana Mandara. Both Janelle and Leo were superb hosts who were attentive to our needs at all times. The food prepared by Leo was incredible from the special three course breakfasts to the Seafood Buffet for 2 (highly recommended). Janelle assisted us with bookings and planning our days to make the most of our time in Port Macquarie. These two are a dynamic duo whose attention to detail when building their beautiful home with lovely views of the river is what makes this Bed & Breakfast worthy of it's 5 star rating.

I can't think of anything to add here, other than my husband and I were disappointed that our weekend away from work and the stresses of life came to an end so quickly.

Leo & Jenelle were extremely accommodating going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. A huge jacuzzi over looking the fantastic water views went very well with our welcoming glass of bubbly on arrival. Our favourite part of the stay was the continental breakfast which was exceptional. We can’t wait to come back here.

Wonderful experience for a B&B, Leo and Jenelle were very obliging host. Recommend this venue for anyone wanting a luxury overnight or extended stay. Certainly will return. The food was exceptional, Leo was happy to provide any of our requests.

Oh..everything about it was amazing. We loved the room, the view, the breakfast and THE HOST. They are both such warm people and always there to help us around with the eateries around to everything else.
