We loved everything about it. Of special note was the excellent location in the middle of the main cbd precinct that meant we were within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go - shops, beach, marina, fishing, local swimming pool, cafes, walking tracks, church, historic spots and so on. Another most notable aspect was the generous size of the 2 bedroom apartment which was filled with light, and had 2 spacious balconies and a wonderful northern view. I’ve stayed here a few times now and it’s never failed to delight. The staff were fantastic - friendly and helpful.

The location is great, walking distance to cafes/restaurants, shops, parks and afternoon walks along the breakwall. Great views from balconies. Our room had almost everything we needed 3 tvs, enough cutlery, dishes, glasses and crockery so that we weren't washing up all the time. My husband was happy with the sauna(you don't see them often anymore). Kids(14 &17) enjoyed the pool and spa, also location meant they were able to walk to some activities.

I would have liked a small oven in the apartment.

Great location in centre of town. Lovely apartment with good facilities. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Pool looked lovely even though I didnt actually use it.

There was nothing about the apartment I didnt like, it was just spoilt by being in a very noisy street. At night the council trucks (I am guessing thats what they were) made lots of noise with what sounded like generators on the back of their trucks. Possibly watering plants in the street ??? A few loud cars and bikes revving away. Sliding doors were not very soundproof even when shut. Such a shame as everything else was great.

So myself and my daughter stayed here for 2nights. We absolutely loved our stay here, receptionist were super friendly and went above and beyond for us. The second floor recreation area is great, pool tables, air hockey, outdoor pool, playground and hot tub were fantastic. Our room was 1 bedroom but huge loungeroom with two balconies! Clean, well equipped kitchen and bathroom! Super close to the main st of port with plenty at the doorstep of the hotel itself. On checkout the lovely receptionist allowed us to leave our luggage with them after checkout as our transport home wasn't until late afternoon. They also supplied us with a day access key to the 2nd floor recreation area to use while we waited for our transport which I thought was above and beyond! we will be coming back to stay again in the near future! Thankyou for a fantastic stay!

My ONLY "issue" was that I was surprised with the $100 fee on arrival incase or damages to the room, I booked through booking.com and I couldn't find anything on there about this charge. It was unexpected and I hadn't account for it in my budget at all however the receptionist was extremely accommodating and we were able to work it out.

Location is just brilliant, close to everything no need for the car just walk everywhere bars shops cafes, takeaway food options all at the door step, views from the north facing rooms just great, from sun rise to sun sets.

Can’t really think of much, maybe the noise from kids running around and in the pool, but hardly a complaint, it is at the end of the day a family apartment block so screaming kids is just part of it

Good location, right next to the shopping centre and short walk to the beach. Staff are very friendly and helpfull. I like the layout of the two bedrooms/two bathrooms apartment that we booked.

There is no laundry facilities in the apartment, but you have to go to the common area with limited time access. Don't like the lighting in cool white color. Not enough hook in the bathrooms. Some minor issues on the cleanliness, tea bag was left in the kettle from previous guest. And there was gyprock dust all over the entrance door handle.

Location was a stand out, restaurants and cafes as soon as you leave the building. In the heart of Port with plenty to do all within walking distance. Rooms were very spacious and the beds were very comfortable! Our 2 bedroom had 3 bathrooms! Windows are massive with 2 balconys. Would love an ocean veiw next visit. Everything was clean and tidy... massive credit to the cleaners. Staff were mostly friendly some more approachable then others. Facilities are on the second floor and all in one spot which we found very convenient, pool was heated and spa was nice, they also had a kids pool for under 5's which is also heated. there is a gym and sauna but I did not get a chance to use those on this visit. Our kids loved the pinball machine and pool tables and were only $1 per game, there is also air hockey and ping pong but we did not use those on this visit. There is a kids playground, vending machine and bbq facilities also.

The windows in most of the resort needed a clean, especially the spa room. Water pressure is shocking in the showers. TV's in kids room and loungeroom very outdated and old. Remotes not very responsive.

The Port Pacific Resort always delivers on great customer service and fantastic location. We enjoy staying here as it offers short walk to town, shops and restaurants. The amenities are always clean and modern. The Private parking facilities are also a bonus. Well done Port Pacific!!

Everything was great , clean rooms & good location. Easy parking and had somewhere to plug my electric car in.

There was a man in a Mercedes number plate I know if you want it, half way reversed in to the car space next to my electric car in the morning when I came down with my 3 year old to the carpark. I noticed his car was still running and he was completely passed out at the steering wheel with the car half way sticking out of the car space, I was very concerned he was in need of medical attention and I was banging on the window repeatedly and trying to open his door to help him as he was slumped and not moving. He awoke from his passing out , and seemed to me to be passed out from possibly drugs (at 8:30am?) he wasn’t very with it. Abit scary when I’m with a small child. It’s not the hotels fault, but maybe keep an eye on this guy if he’s a regular or a resident .

Went there with friends for Ironman Australia and the place is perfect. It's less than 5 min walk to the IM villages, lots of restaurants and cafes around, and we had a big balcony (level 3 rooms) to set up our bikes. The beach is also just a short walk away.

The laundry machines can be unreliable, but a small issue.
