Fairfield Inn & Suites Roanoke Hollins/I-81

The location of the property was excellent. It was very close to the interstate making it very easy to get on and off the road. There were several dining spots close by, and the staff provided a list of places to go with ratings for each. The rooms were very clean and quite spacious.

I only have two suggestions. First, every room in a hotel should have grab bars, especially by the toilets, which are very low. Second, the beds are three feet off the floor. They are very comfortable, but very difficult for anyone with mobility problems to get into. the beds really could be lower. Also, it was difficult to see the TV with the beds so high, and the TV cabinet so low to the ground.

Conveniently located for access to Restaurants, Shopping and a Dog Park. My first priority is my dogs. It can be hard to find a NICE Hotel that accepts pets. We were also very impressed with the Complimentary Breakfast, it definitely exceeded our expectations.

When I took my dogs out I always cleaned up behind them. I'm sorry to say that many others did not. I always find this very disheartening. It's too BAD there isn't a way to report these ignorant owners. They give ALL pet owners a BAD name and it tends to be the reason, a lot of places don't allow pets.

Location was very convenient for travelers with easy on/off highway. The facility was clean, comfortable and quiet; a nice rest spot on a long ride south. The included breakfast was outstanding! It was a full breakfast buffet type breakfast with lots of choices and a charming woman manning the operation. Very pleased with our short stay.

I'm never a fan of paying over 120 for a nights sleep but cheaper motel/hotels can be a nightmare which we experienced the following night.

I did not have breakfast. I ate my leftovers from the night before. The staff is friendly and professional. The room was clean! The location was a little confusing. The GPS led me next door to the Hampton Inn. Once, I realized that I was at the wrong hotel. I was glad that booked the Fairfield Inn. It is so much cleaner and more professional than the Hampton Inn.

I cannot think of anything to change. I was only there for one night. I found what I needed a convenient and clean room.

Breakfast was great. There was plenty of variety. The staff was very nice. The location of the dining area was well placed.

It would have been nice to have bottled water in the hotel room and creamers for the coffee.

good location and staff was nice and helpful. The only regret I have is the cost for bringing a pet. The charge was $100 which I thought was a bit excessive. $25-50 for a pet charge is a more reasonable rate.

Breakfast had very good options. Attendant was very attentive :) Front desk check in attendant was very helpful with dinner suggestions. As masks were required in the hotel, we appreciated the box of masks posted in the lobby.

We didn’t like the pillows. Also, 3 per bed? 4 would have been better at 2 per person.

Beds were comfortable. The location was close to the Interstate which helped with travel time. Our room was exactly what we were expecting.

The toilet seat didn't fit right and would slide to one side while in use. Maybe it was loose too.

Great facilities! Very clean !! Staff is friendly and very helpful. We wanted to know a good restaurant they sent us to Famous Anthonys! Definitely stop there to eat . Pet friendly hotel which is a must for us ! Will definitely stay here again , they do include breakfast
