Baymont by Wyndham Salem Roanoke Area

it was close to everything I needed. beds were fairly comfortable, we really liked the pillows and we had extras in the room. breakfast was served from 6-9

I didn’t like the fact that the lady acted like I had just booked my room when I booked 3 weeks prior to staying. I booked a king room and was told once I got there that they didn’t have any king rooms and I could only get a room with a double bed and I was still charged the same price. the hotel needed a little upgrading. the whole second floor smelled like weed, the bathroom was tiny the door was almost bumping the toilet the toilet would run off and on and if you were in the shower while it happened, which it happened several times while we showered the water would get so hot that it burned you. parts of the hotel could definitely use some bleach. I’m not a picky person I just thought I’d be honest about it for the ones who may be.

Location was good, beds clean and comfortable

outdated, lamp had to be plugged in and pulled out to work, cleanliness needed help especially in the bathroom with mold on the ceiling and in the shower area. In the hallways slight odor thinking the rugs

Staff lady was very nice - she helped us by coming and checking the door lock issue as well made sure we were comfortable. My wife really felt awesome , because of her extra gesture !!! 3 cheers for staff

Loved that pets were free and they were so welcoming after being 3 hrs late to check in.

Tub could been a little bit more cleaner than it was but honestly still decent.

I just want to commend Jolie Howard. I had left an item there which contained my ID and I was totally freaking out. She immediately said she would look for it and called me back not even 15 minutes later saying she had found it and was sending it to me. She is definitely a keeper and she should be commended for her honesty and customer service.

It was clean and the staff friendly.

We had a disturbance at night that was very scary. It is no reflection of the staff. They handled it great.

Everything!! The friendliness of the staff, the ease of checking in and out of our room, being near the pool, the cleanliness of the room, and the great value for our money. I will definitely make Baymont my hotel/motel preference in the future!!

Nothing!! Everything was wonderful & exceeded my expectations.

The bed was so very comfortable!! So comfortable. An old hotel, but it was clean. Nice towels, toiletries and such.

The hallways needs to be swept and cleaned. Paint the railings and clean them please. Back door from parking lot did not lock either. But the door to the room did.

Pets stay free! Quiet, laid back.

It was very quiet

The housekeeping let themselves in and scared us. Said they didn’t know anyone was in the room, and the breakfast had no meat. We ended up going to Burger King for a sausage biscuit
