SpringHill Suites by Marriott Dallas Lewisville

The location was convenient to where we needed to be. Since it shares a passing lot with another hotel, it was a little confusing.

We didn't like being charged an even $300 when we checked in when our total amount was$252.73. The man at the reception desk did not explain it well to us. Our printed receipt said we'd get a refund but it could take up to 4 days before we receive it. It was strange to put a key card in a slot to have the bathroom lights come on.

Okay breakfast variety. Didn't like the scrambled eggs too much, but this is more an individual remark. No cold cuts (meat/cheese). The room was spacious and clean. Good location with quick highway access. Plenty of parking. Even a little convenience store.

Please, turn off the absolutely useless elevator sounds; they are loud and ugly! Mattress seemed a bit passed its peak performance.

Unique and roomy rooms. I was able to get my son's wheelchair in and out without problem. Breakfast was good. I mentioned that I don't eat pork, so the breakfast attendant made us turkey sausage! We'll stay here again!

I didn't like having to keep the key in the slot to have lights on.

The hotel was absolutely amazing! Great staff, clean room. The air conditioner was great as well. The tv coloring was off but thats ok. Had plenty to do right around the corner. Would love to stay here again. Oh yeah, the pool turns into a hot tub. we need to try that next time.

I loved everything.

We were delighted by the size of the room -- bigger than we anticipated. It was a nice surprise.

The young woman at the desk clearly didn't want to be there. She might have been having a bad day, but she never welcomed us and was exceptionally rude. She was equally cold the next day.

love this hotel it is my favorite place to go when I want to get away or if I want to send one of my customers they have a great tasting breakfast you ever tasted they're quiet they have a bar I would not send a customer anywhere elseI

The mirrors in the bathroom are kind of looking like they need to be replaced but other than that I love this place

Breakfast was excellent! Great options fresh food.

Disappointed that only one elevator was working. We had to wait several minutes for the elevator and one evening we had to use the stairs to the 6th floor. We also felt like our room was not cool enough.

I came to this hotel because of the natural disaster that occurred here in Texas. I stayed 3 nights. The staff was very nice and friendly. They attended to all of my needs. The room was very nice and clean. The beds are very comfortable and the shower feels amazing. Due to Covid, they didn’t have a buffet. They only had little breakfast on the go bars and juice to take and eat. But there is a IHOP and Waffle House nearby so breakfast wasn’t an issue. Definitely will be staying here again.

There’s nothing I didn’t like.

I've stayed here a few times, the breakfast is always hot with large variety to chose from.I will always stay in this hotel when im in this area

Difficult question, wish the elevators were a little faster

It was very clean, great breakfast, and a convenient location. I'm returning in June and will stay here again!

I don't have any complaints! Everything was perfect.
