Hilton DFW Lakes Executive Conference Center

My family loved the indoor pool with hot tub. Great location. It was convenient for us, close to everything. Great breakfast choices. The servers at breakfast were attentive to us. Room was clean, the hallway smelled good. The front desk were nice too. It's our first time staying here and it's a love at first sight for us lol. My kids hoped if we could've stayed longer. We stayed to the other hilton in downtown Dallas. My family hated it. Definitely coming back here for sure!

All the way around a great experience! Beautiful hotel, clean room and a super staff, not sure you could ask for much more. Restaurant/Bar had excellent food and drinks. Bartenders and servers were on top of their game and the menu had a nice selection of favorites and beyond!

The only thing that wasn't working at the time during our stay, was the hot tub at the pool. The jets worked fine but no heat. The pool was actually warmer than the spa. That's a very minor issue considering all the great things at the hotel!

The atmosphere was perfect. The staff made us feel welcome and at home. The hotel decorations for the holiday were festive without being garish. When we reached our room, it was large and comfortable. Everything was laid out in an inviting manner, giving the room a good flow where you didn't have to cross the room and run into each other to get ready for the night.

The hallway was noticeably cold, which was a little discomforting on the cold day. Getting in and out of the parking area, especially when it was busy, was a little nerve wracking.

Location was great for our needs. This was a kids trip so the close location to Legoland and Other fun attractions was exactly what we needed.

Rooms are cleaned every 3 days if staying longer than 2 days. Since I have kids our room and sheets get really dirty after 2 days. Thought we could at least request a room cleaning before day 3 but the desk attendant said, “read the rules.” I thought this was very rude and told them they need to understand we have several kids in our room and need at the very least the sheets changed. I was not happy about the room cleaning experience. They did come and clean our room and change the sheets, but I should not have had to put up such a fight to get it done.

My family and I always stay at this hotel during our weekend getaway sometimes! It’s very laid back and mature atmosphere which we love and very peaceful. The breakfast staff are very welcoming and attentive! And they provided great service.

The location is great and the outside pool, walking path, play ground, tennis courts, basketball court and pond was awesome. But we didn’t get to use because we came in early spring. It’s probably more enjoyable in the summer. The inside pool was great for the kids. And the fitness room was nice. The sports bar and grill was exceptional.

The rooms were somewhat small and there was no microwave in the room. We checked in online and pre picked our rooms. We were traveling with another family so we both chose rooms on the same floor. When getting here both of our rooms were moved and we were not on the same floor.

I did not like the fact that you had to leave your room to find a microwave. This place is beautiful and has a beautiful location but if get hungry in the middle of the night, I don't want to have to leave my room to heat my food.

Everything else, super friendly staff

Only thing I did not like was the fact that the lady shuttle driver kept the engine running in between drives, for over 30 minutes. In these days of environmental awareness I find this close to arrogance.

The heated pool area is beautiful and we had a lot of fun there. The restaurant inside is great, we even had a thanksgiving dinner, perfect! The staff was very kind!

My bathtub wasn’t draining the water well, it wasn’t fixed, I think they forgot, I could have gone there to complain but I haven’t.

The hotel was amazing. Both pools were gorgeous. The whole experience was very nice. Will definitely be back.

The only thing we did not like was the fact that we couldn't use our digital key to get back in the building from the outdoor pool. Pillows could have been better.
