Hampton Inn & Suites Dallas DFW Airport North Grapevine

The man working front desk, George, it was his first day the day I checked in. He was very kind, polite and didn't hesitate to get what you needed. You could see he was a bit overwhelmed, but stayed calm and handle everything fanatically. Everyone who worked there that I ran into was very kind and would ask if everything was okay or if we needed anything. Very nice people! Great experience and nice place to stay.

The pool tiles were very dirty and the elevators seemed pretty janky. The beds are a little to hard for my taste, but the room and every where else was clean and nice.

Our stay at Hampton in was wonderful the breakfast was perfect for our group’s needs. We had the most incredible experience with the shuttle driver, Lynn. She really made us feel comfortable and added that extra sense of comfort needed to make our time at the Hampton perfect.

The shuttle driver Rick was a bit rude and distasteful to passengers.

Room was big and comfortable. Location was right across the highway from Bass Pro Shop and close to the Grapevine Mills Mall. Plenty of restaurants in the area.

Breakfast was very disappointing. No orange juice. Very small selection. Worker didn't seem to care.

The staff was great at check-in and check-out and breakfast. The place was clean.

The breakfast sausage was lukewarm in the tray, it really needed to be able to stay hot. The one bedroom suite air conditioning kept the bedroom freezing and the living area mediocre. Our room was clean but didn’t have a clean smell to it. It smelled tired or like someone who smoked had been in it.

The breakfast was delicious. So much variety. The location was great. Close to a lot of businesses.

The indoor pool was so cold wish it was heated. Also when we first arrived over an hour after check in. Our room still wasn’t ready and we had to wait in the lobby. It was long but we were tired and wanted to go to our room and lay down.

Miss. Kesondra and Jazz went above and beyond to make our weekend great and for our son to have a wonderful 6th Birthday. We will definitely return due to both of them being so friendly and helpful. The Hampton Inn is lucky to have them both as employees

The hotel was clean and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful from the time we checked in until checkout. Housekeeping checked on is periodically making sure things were clean and we had what we needed. The rooms were amazing the bathrooms nice size and clean hot water was also a plus. The indoor pool was also an added plus the breakfast was very good and had many choices.

I loved my stay at the hotel. The hotel staff were exceptionally nice and welcoming. The room was extremely clean and inviting. I don't have any complaints and I would absolutely stay at this hotel again. Ten out of ten!!

The property was super clean! Breakfast was good, hot, and plentiful every morning. The pool was clean! The staff was so helpful and accommodating. I loved staying here! Whatever we needed they made sure we had. The shuttle to the Airport was fast and he took us straight to our gate! It really was a great stay! would definitely return!

The staff working the front desk and entry area Saturday morning was loud on her phone taking a personal phone call. At 630a most people are just wanting to enjoy a quiet cup of coffee and breakfast. .
