SpringHill Suites Dallas DFW Airport North/Grapevine

With one exception, the staff was terrific, the shuttle service was nice, the location terrific, and the rooms clean and roomy.

There was a worker who was terrible at customer service. He didn't offer solutions, was dismissive about our AC going out (didn't even try to help), and just abandoned us when he said he would help. Luckily Zach took over and solved the issue in literally two minutes by moving us to a new room.

I loved the atmosphere & service. We checked in from a rough trip from Memphis and the front desk not only had a warm spirit,she even made it possible for my 2 deaf sons to have a room facing the mall. Wow & room service was outstanding.

I only had a lil run in with one of the breakfast crew,whom I felt almost made me mad but I had to stay positive. My mom is elderly, so I was fixing her plate and mine at the same time while trying to make sure my Sons whom are(Deaf)get there plates fixed as well. She made it seem like I was intentionally leaving the burners up. I told her ma'am I'm fixing 4 plates and it didn't make any sense to open & close the burners as I was fixing 4 plates. So I almost got a little piturd but I kept a straight because it was Christmas & I didn't want my boys to feel the negative energy. But otherwise I was great once I went back to my room to eat.

Breakfast included between 6am-9am however I did not have the opportunity to try it. Room/corridor/elevator and lobby were all very clean. Staff were extremely helpful as well as friendly. Beds were comfortable as well. I stayed in the two double bed suites and they were extremely comfortable. Having a 24 hour minibus to transport you directly to the airport was also very convenient.

The front desk person, Christopher, was amazing. He was friendly and personable. He told us about the hotel and the services offered. And informed us about breakfast. He is definately a keeper and an asset to the hotel.

The room was good, except for the TV. There was only one TV in the room. And while it was able to rotate, you couldn't not see it well if in bed. And there was a blank wall in front of the bed that would be perfect for mounting a TV.

The first thing I noticed the second I walked in the lobby and into my room was how clean it smelled! Not overwhelming chemicals, but just a clean, fresh smell. Front desk staff was very friendly as well. It's such a nice first impression!

The only thing that I felt could use improvement was the breakfast. It was just ok, nothing extra. Wish there was more selection, maybe a larger area. It was a bit crowded!

Very good breakfast. Great location. Really crowded for the holidays but didn't seem to play a role in anything. Very quiet considering the crowds

My only complaint, there was a very distinctive smell in the hallways and our room. It had a very strong musty smell. I had brought some scentsy spray with me so that helped along with us being gone for the most of the day.

Great Breakfast, room size was big and spacey, good location for getting around and food : )

had to pay for a taxi on day 1 cost 75usd, tryed to raise via email the free shutter to pick me up but never got back to me in time and it was getting late so had to take the taxi : (

Best & clean property with the excellent staff. We thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality & the personal touch which made the difference. Rosalina, juliet, Eliza & Mauricio were the best & kudos to the entire team.

Nothing specific

The front desk personnel, all shifts, any of the days we were there, were wonderful. They looked up when someone walked in, ready to help. A different continental breakfast is offered each morning, so that was neat that they switched things up.

The room was wonderful! The air worked nicely! The beds were comfortable. I actually would've preferred to stay in bed all day but we were in town for my boy's to visit Legoland so that wasn't an option. I also liked that their was additional bedding in the closet. I loved that breakfast came with the price of the room! My kids enjoyed the pool for the little time they were in it. There was an hour limit and up to 10 people in the pool at a time but there were some kids there who rough-housed the whole time so we didn't stay long. Overall, our stay was wonderful. We will use Springhill for any future stays. Our reason for choosing this particular hotel was because of the breakfast included and because it was located across the street from Legoland. I even left our pictures from Legoland.

Other than the very little pool use, it was great!
