Location , breakfast, spacious clean room,staff was helpful..and the children enjoyed the pool

Paying for parking garage.. when traveling by car an additional parking fee is a poke in the he eye! The garage was attached to the hotel and could accommodate parking for hotel guests and other downtown visitors.. for hotel guests to charge an additional $20 above the room fee was unnecessary. I will not return to this site.

The location was a perfect distance from our comedy show. There are restaurants, gas stations, and places to shop near by. The pool was open again. No scheduling to swim.

The pool was🎼" Ice, ice baby to cold, too cold".🎵 For just a few dollars a day ...they could fix that so poor people like me without a pool don't freeze trying to enjoy a lap or two.

The set up of the room was very nice, felt like a condominium

When I arrived to check in, I was told a different price from what was on this app. I was very upset because I did not have enough money and had to call family to borrow the rest. There was no effort from staff to wave this "extra hidden fee" or anything. I was not happy about this. I did read all the terms and conditions but there was no mention of the actual hotel adding additional charges.

The room was laid out well and had lots of space. Surprisingly there was a full kitchen. I also had an issue with my reservation when I tried to check in, but the front desk staff was great - they quickly fixed the problem and the staff the next day even stopped to make sure I knew that everything was solved. The breakfast was a big plus for the kids as well.

Kitchenette was great, very spacious rooms, nice breakfast options.

We booked a room for 3 with two kids, but only one bed was ready, the sofa was not prepared and there were no sheets when we arrived, had to ask for them and then prepare the bed myself…

The room was very nice and clean but all of the homeless people living in the parking garage made it uncomfortable for unloading and loading my vechicle.

Lyft and Uber won't pick you up in this area. We had to walk from Diamond Concert Hall back to the hotel at 2:00 am and we stopped to talk to a police officer to see if he would help us and he wouldn't help us. The hotel don't tell you until you arrive that they charge you $20.00 to park in their garage that is full of homeless people living in the garage.

During the stay, there was a group of kids staying and because of that, the pool and hot tub were closed, kids ran the halls all night. It did not seem like hotel staff were able to contain the kids or their parents

Very clean and nice breakfast set up

Market was super expensive.... have to pay for parking when I didn't know. The description was vague. Was not worth my parking expenses because they own the garage...

Staff were very friendly, place was very clean. We were just passing through and needed somewhere for the night. Great value and very clean

Traveling during Covid has its challenges - breakfast was a bagged but appreciated nonetheless. I liked having a kitchen and full size refrigerator. I liked that pets were welcome.

The pet fee is VERY high. $100 - inclusive of the stay - which is great if you are long term but for 1 or 2 nights is ridiculously prohibitive. It should be capped at $100 but not $100 flat - this will make me stay somewhere else next time. Also, because it is downtown there was really no grassy area to potty the dogs (not the fault of the hotel). Parking in the garage (which really was a rooftop aka no covering) was $18 a day.
