Jasmine "Jazzy", the front desk person, was wonderful. I had made a reservation for the wrong date and she worked with me and the booking company to find a solution. After 20 minutes and multiple attempts to receive emails from the booking company, she offered to let us stay at the rate I had secured for a future booking. She really went above and beyond to remain helpful, upbeat, and responsive. We loved the hotel, which was very comfortable clean, and modern. This was my first experience with Best Western Plus hotels, and I was sold. I subsequently booked another night at a different BWPlus during our trip. I am now a fan of this line of hotels.

Frankly, we experienced no problems after working through my booking error. The room was great, staff was excellent, the breakfast was tasty and had plenty of offerings to please most palates. So no complaints!

Was very happy with how clean the bathroom and room was. .bed was comfortable and room came with everything you could need.

When I pulled the blanket back to get into bed one side of the bed looked slept in and there was hair on the sheets. Not just one or two quite bit. Not only hair from someone's head but also what looked like body hair too. However when I went down stairs and asked for clean sheets she was very nice and gave me clean sheets from the dryer.

Best Western was super close to everything we were doing in Louisville for the weekend without the big city rush around us. It was clean and well kept and had a decent breakfast.

The pool was closed for maintenance which we found out it had been for 6 months or more. I had my children with me and that was part of the reason I booked the property was because it had a pool and turns out they didn’t get to swim.

The hotel is very modern and clean. There is a Mexican restaurant just steps away with amazing food and margaritas. One particular man that worked there was very helpful in the kitchen during breakfast with my daughter. She said his help and hospitality made her feel special.

Our thermostat had a very bright, blue display which lit up the room all night. There was no way to turn it off. I had to get up and MacGyver a cover over the thermostat display to make the room dark at like 3 am. I used some paper and stickers to cover the display.

It’s a newer property, so it’s clean and looks really nice. The lobby is nicely laid out with access to computers, tv, sofas and chairs. The rooms are nicely furnished with enough plugs to charge computer and phones. The linen is nice and more than enough soaps and shampoos.

with the exception of the morning receptionist on the very last day, none of the staff was masked, ever. Not at reception or housekeeping. They could use a little more variety with their breakfasts but most people don’t stay as long as I did.

Everything? The hotel is new and modern, very clean. I loved all the horse racing decor. Room was very big and roomy, ac was phenomenal! Good lighting, large bathroom with nice array of toiletries. Plenty of extra towels! Cute 'barn' door for bathroom. THEY HAD A VENT FAN IN THE BATHROOM! Idk why so many hotels no longer have these in their bathrooms! Quiet hotel and quiet area. The doors have modern security locks including touch key entry, modern locks inside and a peep hole WITH covering. Nice clean soft bedding. We plan to stay here again.

I am being very picky as our stay was fantastic, but, there could have been more parking and more handicapped parking spaces. Also, a way to fill water bottles with filtered water would be nice. We had difficulties watching the free on demand in our room, kept getting a "not authorized" error but we didn't ask about it because we watched something on Netflix.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this hotel. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was delicious and included several hot options. The staff was always friendly. Yes there are only a few parking spots, but there is an empty lot very close by and another Best Western next door with ample parking. We stayed multiple days and had zero issues or complaints.

the room could have been a bit cleaner, didn’t look as if it had been hoovered the shower needed a good deep clean, looks like housekeeping staff are not getting enough time to do this

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Liked having refrigerator and microwave in room. Location is great, right off the highway and near many stores and restaurants. Staff was very friendly and ensured a nice stay. Nice indoor pool and workout area. Will stay here again.

Limited parking near building. Most parking is near the hotel building next door. Could use a nightlight in bathroom. Had to keep light on with door partially closed.

The hotel looked and felt very clean to me. the room was surprisingly nice and cozy.

in the king suite, there is a headboard too high up the wall. if you lay on the bed, the bottom corners of the headboard will be slicing into your skull through the night.
