Best Western PLUS Fresno Inn

We had just come from a So. CA hotel where we had to spend 7 days in a hotel that didn’t have it together very well. Coming to Chico’s BW was refreshing. I mentioned my difficulties with the other hotel (noise and service); the night desk person found a room that put us away from street noises. Room was clean. We had a lovely night. Breakfast was great. Thank you!

It was a little difficult to find (even with gps—though that might be on me…)

Everything was great! The breakfast was so yummy!Rooms were spotless. The front desk was very friendly! We have been staying here a couple years now to see family in Fresno. Never disappoints.

There were crumbs in my bed and the sheets looked clean except for the crumbs left there. I didn't complain as I didn't want to be picky or a Karen. This is my favorite place in Fresno to stay at the BW Plus.

location and cost

the furniture is slightly worn. the housekeeping was scheduled on a three day room cleaning schedule, even though the info sheet left in the room said it was daily. the breakfast schedule started at 6:30am mon-fri and 7:00 am on sat-sun. I’m used to 6am schedule. The swimming pool was shutdown.

ROOMS & BATHROOM VERY CLEAN! Fridge, microwave, coffee pot, hair dryer, Good comp breakfast if you're looking to eat and go: Hot entrees (eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, pastry, juice, yogurt, coffee and tea) can eat there, take back to room or to-go... not a restaurant per se, but really GOOD value for those heading to Yosemite or elsewhere- or if you just want to save on breakfast 👍 STAFF was friendly, prompt and professional- both checking IN and OUT. LOCATION - Walk to Bulldog Stadium for Fresno State game - mile and ½- so we taxiied. Next morning, the young lady at desk called us a taxi that we ended up using multiple times all day Sunday for NFL football and bouncing around. Thanks to the Front Desk and a Local shout-out to Yellow Cab- (559) 960-5165 OVERALL - EXCELLENT STAY ☆☆☆☆

Room was clean and spacious and had nice amenities. It was also quiet. Vehicle charger use was free. Breakfast was good. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Hotel was supposed to have a Tesla Supercharger, but it was no longer there. They did have one vehicle charger, which we used. The (convertible) sofa was worn and sagging.

Good breakfast variety I tried to get black coffee in the machine and ended up with something else. That may be my mistake. Friendly and competent staff.

I wish parking the area was possibly more lit, maybe extra motion lights to ward off people checking out which vehicles from which to steal things.

Staff members are very friendly. The hotel property is very clean. The breakfast offered a lot of choices (yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, muffins, microwaveable burritos), hot tea, hot coffee. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped with a microwave and small refrigerator.

Some rooms are a lot quieter than others due to traffic on Shaw Avenue. Despite the fact that the hotel is set back from adjacent streets, hot rod drivers were doing donuts at the closest intersection on the weekend I stayed there, making lots of noise late into the night. Registration staff can help you with a quieter room.

The location was great. Jonathan was great was available right after I booked. He kept me informed when he was available by phone or email for any questions. It made much more comfortable for us. He gave us some great places to eat at. Thank you. Will be returning soon. God Bless.

1. Bathroom had a leaking shower head. (Told Jonathan at check out . We only stayed 1'night. He told me he would get on it right away to get that fixed. ) 2. We had a party going on next door to our room loud music lasted til 3 am. And someone kept going in and out of exit door . We Finally fell asleep. We forgot to mention that to staff.

The staff members here are always super welcoming and friendly. Rooms are comfortable. The free breakfast is an assortment of mostly cold and some hot items. Cold cereal, yogurt, muffins, milk, plus hot instant oatmeal and a microwaveable omelet or breakfast burrito. In-room microwave and coffee machine are pluses.

This is beyond the hotel's control, but hot rods have taken to careening down Shaw Avenue making traffic noise a problem on the weekends. If you ask for a quieter room, staff members are very accommodating.

staff was friendly and parking was close to hotel. breakfast was included. staff were receptive about a stain on the floor upon check in. breakfast staff is a hard worker she was constantly making sure people had what they needed.
