The freezer in our room didn't work properly

The staff was super friendly. The room was spacious and seemed clean. Security guard at night. Staff was very transparent about parking lot safety. Bed was very comfortable. Room smelled nice. Had a luggage cart that was super helpful. We were able to bring EVERYTHING in to reduce the risk of theft.

The hallway smelled like cigarette smoke. It looks like the toilet had a prior leak but they never repaired the wall behind it. The location was a bit sketchy, but not as bad as the yelp reviews say. The security lock on the exterior door was broken even though it instructed us to close it for our safety

Needing a quick stopover it suited our needs. Reasonably clean and quite. Macdonalds just over the road was a blessing for us. Shopping precinct close by with large cinema complex. Breakfast was very good with plenty of options. For a last minute booking this hotel was ideal for an early get away to San Fran. Wouldn't recommend exploring the neighbourhood on foot after dark. Felt safe within the hotel grounds. It was too cold for a swim but the pool seemed to be well maintained.

No actual Milk/Cream only powder.

Upon arrival I was greeted by the staff who helped me check in she was very friendly and asked about my day, after a long car ride I needed to use the washroom and liked they had one in the lobby she showed me my room location and told me helpful information. The room was spacious and clean as well as the hotel parking lot everything was great. Breakfast in the morning was very delicious with many options to choose from. Checking out was quick as checking in. Will be coming back again

I really enjoyed the comfortable rooms, how clean they were and how nice the staff there were to me. I loved how they served a variety of breakfast, since sometimes I crave fruit in the morning but other times I crave something salty, such as hash browns and eggs.

My stay there was great, there is nothing I will change. I was really satisfied with my stay, everything met my expectations. There is nothing I would change, loved my stay there and would defintely do it again.

Clean, good, slightly overpriced place.

Unfortunately - just like the vast majority of the small hotels - bought by the people from India. Means - place will deteriorate, and shall become a rat-hole pretty soon. Feel sorry for the general trend in hospitality industry of my country.

Freeway accessible. Centrally located where my friends and family live. Matt (front desk) was helpful and professional. We appreciated getting Room 105 near the dining room area and the front entrance of the lobby. It was convenient for my brother (who has Parkinson's Disease) to get around with his walker. Big shout out for the staff at Best Western Village Inn in Fresno (July 5th 2022). They sorted out an issue with our camping gear which we needed for the national parks, and contacted our car rental company when our car rental agency in the UK had given us the wrong address for pick-up. They were super helpful & friendly. Thanks again ! Otherwise, the hotel was clean and comfortable, and good value for money for a mid-range hotel/motel just off the highway. The hotel breakfast also got us on our way nicely the next morning.

Stayed for a last minute trip to go to Yosemite since it wasn’t to far from the hotel maybe an hour or less , early check in was available with a fee, the staff was friendly and communicated very well and also checking in was a quick process. The room was nice and clean it had a mini fridge and microwave. There was a security walking at night which my husband and I liked. Would definitely come again.

Location is very close to the highway that goes to the airport. We were there only from 9pm -4:30 am before going to the airport. There was a security guard in the parking lot. It was nice to see a family enjoying the pool when we got there. After dropping me off, my husband went back for breakfast before his 90 minute drive home. He said it was fresh and delicious.

I didn't have hot water for my shower in the morning. 4am. Not sure why. Maybe a problem with the water heater?
