The price. Plus super clean. I've been in some expensive hotels in the past. For the price, it's nice setup . It give me a home vibe. Makes me feel comfortable. I definitely would recommend it for anybody who need an escape from expensive other hotels. 10/10 every time I booked here. A lot of place make you wait to check in @ 3pm. If your lucky some times depending on their mood you might get checked in early, but I said depends on their mood. (From my personal experience). But here I could pre book a room in advance. And if I want to check in around 12 noon. 20$ for an early check in. That's the best part I don't have to wait.

Everything was great for the price

Seems to have everything it promised. Microwave, refrigerator, tv, etc. Was able to accept my special request which was changing sheets before and after stay. Had furnitures and chairs. A small table.

Room I had did not have wifi or it did not connect at all to it. There was no partial refund like some other hotel when I left super early but I can understand from a business perspective. Then again, I barely touch anything. Refund or partial refund should be based on how much room service has to clean/prep, if at all, from the stay of the customers. For my case, I only washed my hands with water and used a hand towel. Didn't stay long since plans were changed.

nothing anything special !!

1- poor & unfriendly receptionist. 2-it was supposed to have Pool to use but they said Becaouse of Covid, it’s closed! why they don’t announce it on site! I was asked: if I want Smoke or non smoke Room? I said: Smoke ! they she replied: sorry ! we don’t have! if they don’t have, why they ask?!! poor condition facilities in room! not even a simple bottle of water ! no Shampoo in Bath! no tissue in Room ! even wending machine was not working! however, there was nothing in wending machine but chips !!….

The new owners are improving the hotel in several respects. The landscaping in front was cleaned up and neat looking. They are in the process of replacing the windows in what looks to be all the rooms, the new windows are there and some are still being installed. They have done a new theme, sort of beachy with a new table and chair set up that matched the new bed boards. the floors had also been redone in the room we stayed in. This was my second visit here in the last 6 months and improvements had begun then. There are more staff on site, including security at night, all very pleasant, and they are restricting any activity that could cause any unpleasantness for fellow guests.

Nothing-it is great to see a business reinvesting into itself right now especially since with COVID, you don't see a lot of that going on right now. My tip to travelers is to ask for a room away from the street, quieter!

Clean comfortable well-kept. Older still work for us. Staff was great rooms were clean has a restaurant on promises that needs a little updating to their menu but we were OK with everything. Best part ever was they have a beach right across the street is effing amazing!

They have a gift shop but their idea of a grocery store is not a grocery store. Not well spoken in English. But people are super sweet and I will deathly stay there again! Somebody mentioned that it was not clean which is totally untrue! If anything it was just somebody who made out of cleaned up their own messes

For the price and location it's a semi renovated place. I would recommend staying again. Again for the price it exceeds expections.

Best bet is to not interact with many fellow room renters. Also the room has no closets or hanging areas for anything.

Gaby from housekeeping was amazing and the entire housekeeping crew as well as all the front staff and they were on top of everything that I had questions about our needed —they were very helpful.

People coming in and out throughout the night in the parking lot—lots of noise in those areas.

The perfect price for a practical stay. Clean and cool. Great value.

One of the main gates are locked at 8pm for safety so the way you come in isn’t the way you leave if you’re not paying attention. I would have liked it if I was made aware of this.

The price & the room was clean

During the entire stay the smoke alarm chirped the entire time due to a low battery. I informed front desk of this issue and they never came to fix it When given directions as to the location of the room could have been a little bit more clear Rm 228 faces the back of that property

Check in was easy. The beds are amazing. (I usually hate soft beds, but these were just perfect). The location was great too.

Internet was the worst, only if I stood next to the door I got some reception. Also, you might want to check the reception's mic, sometimes it breaks and I could not hear the person at the front desk very well.
