Red Garter Inn

The location was great and the room was beautiful, maintaining the historical look. Although I didn't purchase any merchandise, I did like that it was on the "honor" system regarding payment. It happened to rain the evening of our arrival and since we were in the front room, it was so nice to hear, see and smell the rain (a welcome bonus).

Although this isn't super important, the tv could've been bigger. Although I loved hearing the (church?) bells ring outside, the train was a little loud but fine...just not as pleasant as the bells. The vending machine wasn't working appropriately so it ate some money (not much).

A quaint hotel with lots of history, room was clean and comfortable, in a lovely area of Williams, would highly recommend, just be aware that there is a steep staircase to climb, but please, don't let that put you off, brilliant.

Not the fault of the hotel because that's the reason it was originally built, but it is close to the railway line and the trains like honking their horns as they pass through at stupid o'clock

Loved the Ambiance, history and location and proximity to downtown. Easy access,, free parking, great communication with staff and had refrigerator, complimentary water, vending machine and VERY clean! Breakfast restaurant, steps away!

Train station close by and could hear the whistle blow late at night and early morning...tgen again, it was part of the experience.

Cool history! Love that it is haunted too! Right downtown - close to all the awesome restaurants/bars and shopping! Such a adorable town.

Water pressure could of been a little better, but that is my only complaint! Everything else amazing!

Fabulous location, rich history and character to the place. Able to walk around at night and never have to move the car. No- contact check-in was seamless.

Amazing stay was so pleased i’ve already receiving all the information on time before arrival.

Just that in the big birth of room that the sun comes through the ceiling. I was awake pretty early because of that but I guess it was a better thing for me :)

Historic charm, nicely renovated, comfortable, centrally located, fresh flowers, fresh coffee and excellent customer service!

Steep stairway to rooms (consistent with era of building), no elevator

The check-in process was made exceedingly easy through very detailed communication from the property. Our room was a delicate balance between the old world quirkiness of the original western brothel that it once was and the modern conveniences that one would expect. It was a really pleasant stay.

It’s so cool and time period appropriate. It is the cleanest and I mean cleanest most homey place we have ever stayed at. It’s right in the middle of the action of town which is walking friendly to any kind of food or novelty shops. It’s just a great place you can tell they love their property and take great care of it. We will be back again!

The stairs were a work out but not enough for any complaints.

I love the old time look, it's decorated very cute. Very comfortable.

Did not like the mannequin at the window. It blocked the view from the couch looking out the window.
