Canyon Country Inn

Very homey atmosphere; warm welcoming check-in. We liked the location with regards to the Grand Canyon as well as its location in town. We wish we could've arrived in Williams a bit earlier in the day to take a walk along the main street, which was close by. The street was quite picturesque in the way it honoured the area's history. There were some relatively recent renos. Liked some of the updates especially in the bathroom. Clean room. Good value for the money.

There were some problems with the heating unit which could have been a problem as it was later in March and the nights were very chilly. But a small electrical heater was provided, and it helped to take the edge off. I realize management was trying to cut costs, but the tubes of combined shampoo/conditioner were low quality. This is a picky point and certainly not a deal breaker as everything else was very satisfactory. However, anyone coming to stay here would be advised to bring along their own shampoo and conditioner.

This was our second stay in Canyon Country Inn within a year. It's perfectly located and has plenty of parking for all the guests. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. There's a reason we decided to return and if we ever visit again, we'll definitely stay there again.

The only downside is that you can hear the other guests since the walls are pretty thin. Everyone was pretty quiet past 9pm so it didn't really bother us

Charming, traditional (non corporate!) motel with very convenient location (easy walking distance) for main shopping area, large supermarket and, primarily, the Grand Canyon Railway Station. Very well equipped room (coffee maker, fridge and microwave) meant it was possible to store and prepare food - this was very useful as our stay was off season and many of the local restaurants closed early. Good car parking outside room.

Everything fine!

Room was safe, comfortable and near to everything. There was enough parking and Sunil at front desk was warm and friendly. The town Williams had nice cozy small town feel and this was an inn with old traditional feel. It is s place which is good for coming back and unwinding after an eventful day at the Canyons. Bed and bathroom was clean, but floors could have been cleaner. There is a fridge, microwave in room if you want to use.

The sound insulation was poor. When people talked or walked around in other rooms, we could hear it disturbing our sleep in middle of night . If they could do something about this, it definitely makes this inn a wonderful place to be. Suggestion for improvement: I would do away with the dolls.

The room was nice and clean. There was breakfast at the reception. Not much, but all you need. You can either take it to your room (or car) or eat outside. There is not option for eating breakfast inside. Everything is really cute there (stuffed animals, nice pictures,...).

Nobody was at the reception when we arrived. The ring didn't work. So we had to call the owner to check-in. My boyfriend did find all the stuffed animals a little creepy.

Very convenient to all attractions. Staff was awesome.

No iron or ironing board, only one trash basket, needs hooks in bathroom, no ice machine, coffee pot was very dirty (had coffee grounds still in basket) no closet to hang clothes, no disposable cups in bathroom for brushing your teeth.

1.Walkable to train and central area with a variety of restaurants and shops. 2.Friendly and knowledgeable desk host, “Sunny” 3. Room 101 was roomy for a couple. Decorated Americana style, cozy, warm, inviting. It had a nice round table for two, frig, microwave in working order. Small flat screen tv with direct tv. Wifi was strong. 4. Bed was comfortable. We slept well. 5. Bath tub/ shower. Water pressure was strong. Immediate and long lasting hot water. 6. Free parking near the room. Rasy access to the room. 7.covered porch with rocking chairs and outdoor table for 2 right outside the room.

We could not stay longer.

I have stayed here many times and every time we have an excellent experience I would recommend this place to anyone It is a very cute little cottage They are super communicative and the couple that owns the place are super nice I believe the man's name is Sunil I can't remember the lady's name but both have been pleasant to work with rooms always smell clean and are always clean They provide heaters as well. I love the themed rooms. It's literally a 2-minute walk to all the shopping maybe less. Parking is easy It's safe I will always give this place a 10 out of 10 and 5 stars. It's also very close and convenient and kid friendly to polar express if anyone is doing that We stayed here with our son a couple winters ago and even he had a good time

There's absolutely nothing that I don't like!

The room was very clean, table and chairs to sit and eat at, warm shower in the morning, it had a fridge and microwave, located close by lots of stuff to do.

One ply TP, just makes me use a lot more, the bed was sitting on a metal box everytime I moved it made some weird noise and the mattress kept sliding off it, the pillows were awful, thick dense and hard, small round toilet bowl, big people don't fit on those so well.

The room I had was quite charming in its decor. The proprietor was quite friendly to talk with and what impressed me was the trust I felt he had in me. I was later getting in than I had anticipated. When I finally arrived, he trusted that I was coming and had left the key to my room at the check-in desk with a note that he would see me the next day and would register me in at that time. When I asked if I could have the room for one more night than I had originally planned for, he was very accommodating. Would recommend this Inn to anyone at any time. The Inn was easy to find and reasonably priced and convenient for visiting the sites I had planned to visit.
