Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Phoenix-Glendale

The location was perfect for us, we went up for a concert at Cardinals Stadium. Daniel was our shuttle driver who took us to a great suggested place to eat a d picked us up when we were done with dinner and shopping! The staff was super friendly and hospitable!! We are definitely staying again!! Breakfast that was served was AWESOME!!

Honestly have no complaints except that the price was a little high for us and we were not allowed to have a late check out so that was a bummer but we made it work!

We loved everything about staying here from the staff being very helpful and polite to the nice pool, clean rooms and good breakfast! Would definitely stay here again!

If u plan on laying out by the pool u might have to time it right so the sun is directly overhead since the pool is in the courtyard and surrounded by 2 buildings u share with another hotel but wasn’t a big deal to us tho overall!

The hotel is very nice, close to a lot of restaurants, close to the outlet and tbe Stadium the facility is very clean and room are modern and spacy

the room we stayed in was next to the auxiliary door for the back parking and it was very noisy when people comes in and gets out... this was not mentioned at front desk so we learned about this late in the night... when off course you wake up as it sounds like they are opening your room door

Convenient to our reason for coming to Phoenix and restaurants/shopping/entertainment. Breakfast was good. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool was nice.

Staff missed providing a set of fresh towels on 1 day. But other 6 days were fine.

The hotel is newer and a very clean property. One thing that annoyed me was they made a big deal about masks when we checked in which was fine - I can follow the rules however the next morning at breakfast over half of the people in the breakfast area did not have on masks and no one said anything to them. My feeling is if it’s the rule then it should be enforced for all. Ok enough of that We were told also at check in that the hotel was full so there would be no room service - cleaning for Sat or Sunday. (We checked in on Friday afternoon) However we could get extra towels if we called We got them on Saturday but they never showed up with them on Sunday If they can’t service the rooms due to short staff that’s fine but discount the rate on the room anything helps I paid close to $1000.00 for three nights so I think a discount could have been offered

Great location. Came for dodger games. Good restaurants nearby. Convenient. Room was very nice.

Nothing to add. Ran out of Hagen Daz one evening. No big deal.

The hotel was in a great location to our destinations. The pool was heated and we enjoyed the fire pit too.

We couldn’t change the time on the clock in the room and also we found a used plastic cup inside the ice bucket. The cup had some fluid still in it as well. The AC was a little loud.

The hotel was near everything of interest! Also, near arena for daughter's graduation. The breakfast was phenomenal. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The room was spacious and comfortable. Pool area was amazing. Free coffee 24/7 was a bonus.

The location is perfect. Did not have breakfast because I had breakfast available at conference site.

The check-out process. The clerk did not give me an itemize receipt when I asked for it and she said to contact the third party I made the reservation through which is Booking.com.

Breakfast was OK, room was spacious, clean, and well lit, bed was OK.

Pancake machine was broke, would have liked for the hot foods to be hotter but that's typical for hotel breakfast.
