The location is great. Close to freeway but you cannot tell because there is no noise. Breakfast has a good selection of items to go. The hotel still feels new. The staff is nice and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was comfortable and clean but could use a little more cleaning. The parking lot had trash that was out there during our two day stay. Our room had child handprints in the closet and on the door, we asked room service to help and they took care of them right away and that didn’t hurt our stay at all. The container of hand soap in our room was almost empty when we arrived so we had to request more and they helped right away.

We were very pleased with all aspects of our stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. The common areas (lobby, fitness center) were also very nicely kept. We ended up spending a lot of time in the lobby area enjoying meals and playing foosball and bubble hockey. The breakfast was enjoyable as well. The staff members we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The location was great for our trips to the Mariners and Dodgers spring training facilities and for hiking the nearby nature preserves. We were also able to walk to the outlet mall, Westgate Entertainment District, and to a RV show.

Location couldn't be better. The staff was great and the room was comfortable and clean. It's nothing fancy but a nice room and good experience overall.

The shower floor was incredibly slippery. It only gets worse when using the body wash and conditioner. I'm surprised someone hasn't fallen and been hurt. In fact, I actually sat down during part of my shower to avoid falling. And I'm relatively athletic and not physically limited in any way. Now that I think of it again, this really needs to be brought to the attention of someone who can change this before someone really gets hurt.

room was very clean, we got room service and clean towels which sometimes we do not get at other motels. Breakfast was also very good and clean areas to eat at. Location was great, we were able to walk to conference

I asked for laundry soap to purchase since I was informed they had free laundry machines and wanted to wash our clothes. Unfortunately, they ran out--the receptionist or clerk stated he had to get more and that he would call me when he got some. I never received call to say whether they were out or if he got some. I fell asleep so I didnt get to complete my laundry. a call would have been nice, even if they were out of stock

The hotel overall was incredible. The staff was very welcoming. The lobby was super clean and organized. The included breakfast was perfect. Plenty of coffee and from my favorite, Lavazza. The market inside was stocked, clean and displayed perfectly. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We were very happy with our stay and will be looking forward to staying there again in the future.

The breakfast was better than nothing, somewhat noisy room (thin walls?), most of staff was at least slightly friendly…Juan-Carlos at the front desk being a very welcome, notable exception!

Grody bathroom sink overflow drains, shower water could not be cooled down to something more comfortable, and there was the beginnings of orange/red mold in the shower stall.

The bathroom was surprisingly large and the walk-in shower was definitely appreciated. The breakfast had a good variety of items.

Room was incredibly small. Adequate for sleeping, but I wouldn't want to spend any significant time in there.

Breakfast selection was like a typical hotel breakfast but it was included in the price and it was pretty decent. The location was a very convenient walk to and from the TobyMac concert at the Gila River Arena so that was nice since we did not have to deal with the traffic home after the concert was done late. It was a great hotel experience with our room absolutely spotless and amazing so thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

We could have done without hearing a ton of street noise i.e. obnoxiously loud cars racing late at night which I guess is what one gets being close to main roads but we could still hear everything from the third floor. Other than that everything was wonderful! We would stay again and perhaps bring ear plugs next time.

I went to watch a game at the State Farm Stadium on Christmas day. It took just about 10 minutes to walk to the stadium and a parking pass was included from the hotel for our car - couldn't have been easier.

This is one of the few visits to this hotel chain where the bed was uncomfortable. My back was hurting by the 5am. It wasn't the worst sleep ever and it didn't effect my day - just uncomfortable.

Everything was more modern and functional. Loved that the rooms had hardwood floors instead of carpet because it feels significantly cleaner. Loved the walk-in shower, a lot more functional. The toiletries in the bathroom were great quality and I liked the way they were set up. The gym was very clean and the equipment wasn’t worn down. Breakfast was really good too with a good variety of options. I liked the free coffee 24/7 and water bottle filler dispenser.
