Holiday Inn Express Peoria North - Glendale, an IHG Hotel

Breakfast was disappointing to me the menu. was the same for each day scrambled eggs and links. You needed to pick out the scorched pieces of egg out of the scrambled eggs. You needed to tell the young lady that they were out of half and half. She spent most of her time back in the kitchen.

Change up the breakfast menu. Have someone checking what needs to be restocked during the breakfast time.

The beds were super comfortable. So comfortable that we extended our stay 3 additional nights. The front desk staff and the housekeeping staff were very friendly and social. The breakfast was pretty good as well. The room was spacious and very clean. The shower was amazing also, it had the perfect temperature and pressure. On our last night we wanted to swim and the pool was very clean and refreshing. 24/7 coffee available as well as a small front desk convenient store with drinks and snacks available for purchase Only a $25 deposit fee when you pay in person. 10/10

honestly, I have no complaints

The breakfast was a wide variety to meet a full breakfast or just a starter. Eveything was available and displayed nicely. The location was great as we needed to meet people in Scottsdale and Sun City And great choices of restaurants. Beds were super comfortable. Liked all the lighting. liked the black out roll up shades much better than drapes hanging over the a/c. Wi fi was reliable.

Common areas (Lobby couches and floor) were stained. Elevator not clean. Some of the outlets and USB ports didn't work at on the desk. I used the stairs a lot and the carpets were badly in need of cleaning.

Great staff and Holiday Inn's Express are such a solid choice for short stays. They have the comfort you need to relax and unwind!

I would have liked to see a wider option of essentials in the lobby. We needed Pepto and had to go across the street. Not a big deal but the heat makes it hard. Also having no pets allowed makes it hard to stay here if you're traveling with your fur children.

vicinity of our destination was great!!

the carpet was coming undone, cleaning crew were fair, didn’t take out trash. For the price of the room expectations was poor. it felt like we paid for a refurbished motel6 room. we have stayed at other Holiday Inn Express this place was below Holiday Inn standards.

The staff was amazing. Made us feel at home. Breakfast was nice a little bit of every thing

The staffs friendliness They made us very welcome When we had travel issues with the airlines they were very helpful with extending our stay even after we checked out.

I liked it was easy to just go downstairs and out the back door to the lot and there is a smoking section. Just remember to take your key so you can get back in. They have a breakfast every morning and a back station open 24-7 at the reception. Fridge in the room and blackout drapes. A+ for the price of the room I’ve stayed a a roach motel for the same. But this place was clean and very nice to stay at.

No ice machines !!! No glasses for a coke or a beer you might have in the fridge.

Comfortable, roomy and quiet rooms. Shower was great for my tall husband. 😊 Awesome breakfast and coffee was always available. Front desk was friendly and very personable. Nice pool, fitness center and great meeting rooms should you need one. I had to do laundry, very reasonable priced to do so. We enjoyed our stay!

This hotel was convenient to everything we needed to do while in Arizona.

The room was not clean. The carpets were very stained and dirty. The tile floor was dirty and the tub backed up. I said something to the manager and it took three days to unclog the tub. I was showering in ankle deep water. The exercise room was still closed. When I asked for full room service I was questioned as to why I needed full service.

The beds are so comfortable and the staff is excellent.

It’s like this with most hotels, but they never put enough wash cloths in the room. Even when room service gave us new towels they didn’t give us new wash cloths.
