The room was nicely decorated, with a small en-suite bathroom which was fine for me. I was given a ground floor room, close to the front entrance, which was very handy due to my walking with crutches. The owner was reasonably friendly and showed me where everything was, but I think he was a little bit unhappy on the day I visited.

The parking area is very small and the cars can easily block each other in. When I arrived I had to prak in the back row, and when I left the following day someone had indeed blocked me in. Luckily they came and moved their car very quickly so I could get out, which was nice and helpful. It is also called Riverside B&B, but the 'river' is no more than a trickle, which was disappointing.

very lovely people, comfy, cozy, warm, homely place to stay. the hosts went out of their way to help on several occasions. they couldn’t have been any more hospitable if they tried. the room itself was very clean, cleaner than some hotels I’ve stayed in (and I always read reviews so I try to avoid the bad ones- but this one exceeded my expectations) bed was really comfortable. had the best sleep.

wow, honestly, if I was being pernickity, I’d say the shower pressure. but that’s simply because I’m used to a power shower at home. anyone who has a normal electric shower will probably not even notice the difference. the bathroom itself was immaculately clean and tidy and offered more than I expected. and even if I wanted or needed something more I’d guess the hosts would again go out of their way to get you what you need. I’d definitely stay here again.

Comfy and clean room with excellent facilities. Friendly, helpful staff. Well located. Nice size dining area. Quiet location with everything you need within a short walk.

Feathers pillows on the bed which are extremely comfortable but no good for me as I’m allergic to feathers. I’m sure the staff would have provided an alternative but I didn’t realise they were feather pillows until quite late, which unfortunately was too late to call the owner for an alternative. No cooked breakfast available, only continental.

Alex was friendly and pro-active (he sent a text to let me know that the rooms were ready sooner than we had expected) He made all of us feel welcome and shared tips with my mum (who also runs a B&B) about his egg poaching - and providing face wipes to avoid 'mascara/make-up towel' (mum often has this problem) It was clean, fresh, well thought out (the little Elizabeth Shaw chocs were a much appreciated nice little touch!) Breakfast was lovely - I was a bit worried that I might have ordered too much but actually because there's only one of everything it was perfect - and that's my only 'Head's Up' - to those with an appetite in the morning it's one rasher, one sausage, etc. But there is plenty on offer to tick on your list and a whole array of toast/cereal etc too . If you are in one of the front rooms there may be a bit of 'pub noise' around kicking out time at a weekend - but it didn't bother me.

The staff was very obliging and helpful. The location was not far from the main road through the centre. Free small car park at the rear, and Alex the owner let us leave the car there for a few hours after checking out. Although our ground floor room (no.1) faced the street there was very little traffic noise. It was clean and relatively small, but adequate for one night, and the bed was comfortable. The shower was good and toiletries were provided. Good choice for breakfast. Homely atmosphere.

The wardrobe was out of use, so we could not hang clothes, but for one night this was not a real problem

Super attentive hosts, value for money accommodations right in the heart of Sleaford - with parking, which is hard to find! If you have mobility issues, then ask for a ground floor room to avoid some steep stairs. Great little place, excellent breakfast and amazing coffee machine. We’ll done to the owners.

Nothing, be aware of some steep narrow stairs if you have mobility issues. Ask the host in advance. The guest house is situated on a busy road that leads into Sleaford town. Be aware of road noise and other revellers on a night out. We slept through it all.

Alex greeted me on arrival. Nice fella, very welcoming. He showed me to my room which was very clean and equipped with everything I needed for my stay. He even offered me some fresh milk for tea and coffee. I declined but a nice touch nonetheless. The bed was comfy, the shower was good. In fact I cannot fault anything at all. Breakfast was an extra £8 and very well worth it. Very well cooked and set me up for the day ahead. There was nice coffee available too. I am very happy with my stay at Riverside and will definitely be back in future.

Extremely comfy bed and bedding Everything needed for a pleasurable stay I didn't have breakfast so unable to rate but there were ample choices. I liked the pre order breakfast chatty idea (with a specific time) to avoid food wastage. The main thoroughfare lighting is on a sensor so no forgetting to switch lights off 😀

It didn't bother me but its the only reason i didnt rate 10- ceiling lampshade a little dusty and mirror behind room entrance could've done with a spray of sparkle but as I said, it didn't impact my stay at all and I would return.

Absolutely amazing stay, alex the owner was amazing too. Friendly, with nothing being a hassle! Would highly recommend this b&b to everyone.

The rooms were amazing and comfortable. The decor was modern and stylish. The bathroom was huge, and the shower was amazing. The location was amazing for us and close to local amenities. There was also off-street parking!

Easy to find, plenty parking spaces. Parked my motorcycle up, car park covered by cctv. Greeted by the host, lovely guy who showed me to.my room & gave me cold milk for my tea / coffee in room. Lovely shower with plenty power. Room very clean & decorated to a good standard. Bed was very comfortable ( single room). Left early for bike racing at Cadwell park. Shall certainly consider this property when next in the area. I can recommend this property for time in Sleaford.
