Best Western Plus Bentley Hotel, Leisure Club & Spa

Ideal place to stay for business meeting just down the road from here. Room was large and spacious. Friendly staff at reception and in the restaurant. Food was standard pub type food or they offer a carvery but was told if I chose this, I could only have one type of meat (turkey or beef). I forgot my shirts in the cupboard and they've kindly kept them for me for collection which is great. Would definitely stay again if in the area and recommend this hotel if you're staying in Lincoln

The bedrooms were comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff were friendly. We loved the spa treatments and the pool is beautiful, but unfortunately it wasn't heated due to the termastat was broken, but we were warned, the steam room also wasn't working.. Brilliant location to visit all round the area. Loads of parking.

The breakfast was plentiful, but the cooked breakfast was a little over cooked and the morning after an event being held the bread kept running out as did the juices. The ladies toilet during the event ran out of toilet roll, which I asked to be replenish which it was. It became a little untidy, but myself and one of the event guest tidied.. Shower was a little temperamental, worked great once we worked it out. Great to have a bar and restaurant on site but if you want to eat out several places walking distance away to also eat.

This was our first holiday since the outbreak of C19, and my wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was excellent. The dining-room staff was efficient and unobtrusive. Room Service was excellent. We had a problem during the first night of our stay, but this was dealt with courteously and efficiently.

Perhaps you might consider triple glazing in rooms adjacent to the main road. The volume of traffic throughout the night was a massive disturbance. In room 247, you might consider captions for the artwork chosen for the walls.

Great location. Good car parking. Room was of a good size and well equipped. Bed was comfortable. I ate in the restaurant in the evening and breakfast the following morning. Food was fine.

The place was a little tired. The basics of the room were clean (carpet hoovered, clean bedding and towels) but the bathroom needed some attention (cold water tap a bit dicky, bits missing off the shower screen seal etc). I only stayed one night but if you were staying longer you were informed that the room wouldn’t be serviced until departure and you would have to ask reception for towels, toilet rolls etc. For me this wouldn’t be acceptable - but others can make their own opinions on this.

Loved everything about hotel friendly staff, found meals a bit exspensive so only had breakfast on our stay which was exceptional they had a problem with pool and told us on check in that pool is very cold only put my foot in and it was very cold so didn't bother should have told people when booking as I would have made other arrangements but all in all will still come back thanks

The room we had was very dark due to trees and bushes over looking window had to have lights on during the day

Good location for us as visiting family in the area to go to the Lincoln Christmas market together. The receptionists were friendly and the check-in and out was very efficiently done. The standard twin room was old fashioned but immaculately clean. We had a very good nights sleep due to the very comfortable bed and great pillows. We didn’t use the restaurant or spa facilities so we cannot comment on them. We would definitely stay again.

It was disappointing to have to pay the very high nightly rate due to the Lincoln Christmas market, but of course this hotel simply followed what all the other hotels did in the area.

We were very pleased with our stay, the staff were very helpful and friendly and dealt with our large group very professionally and with humour. The restaurant food was great, a wide range of food on the menu and each was cooked excellently. The room was spacious, shower and bath were clean and had a good amount of heat and power. We read alot of bad reviews before going regarding the spa, but we found the pool to be a normal temperature, jacuzzi worked fine and the sauna was great also. Overall very pleased with our stay and glad we didn't listen to the reviews beforehand. Thanks alot to the staff for making our stay so great.

The spa staff were amazing!!! Louise is lovely and a credit to you, as is the other staff in the spa. Rooms were basic but clean.

I think the layout of the restaurant could do with improving - we had originally booked a table for the evening but the room for the restaurant, didn't look or feel like one. It looked like a conference room with some tables and chairs put in it. I think a rethink on the decor within the restaurant to make it more appealing and look like somewhere you would want to relax and have a meal. Subsequently, we cancelled and went and ate somewhere else which was a shame.

The room was a lovely size and bed very comfy

We had a evening meal which for the money we wasn't impressed. Also the breakfast wasn't the best certain items were cold. Also watching how the tables were turned around for the next guest by the young girl I was really shocked that she only wiped where the guest had sat and didn't remove everything off the table as it was sprayed with cleaner ie the milk jug

This is a very nice hotel. It is one of the best we stayed in the last 15 days, The staff was very helpful . The room very clean and spacious . The bathroom was very good with plenty hot water and good shower, Hope to go again when we come back to Lincoln. Great parking in front of the hotel. Quite area. Very good staff and thank you all.

As most hotels in England It had no fridge. But somehow we managed . Everything else was great.
