The whole experience!! Pauline was an outstanding host, incredibly welcoming & warm. Extremely helpful with my 9 month old son on the morning of our departure. Breakfast was really nice & Pauline couldn’t have been more accommodating, set us up perfect for the day we had ahead. The room was absolutely beautiful with all the little extra touches - (Everything had been thought about, nothing was missed or forgotten.) The bed was the comfiest too. Location was ideal & offered a good choice of things to do/see. Highly recommend & will definitely stay again if ever down that way👌🏼

Nothing at all. It was perfect!

We spend here just one night, it was a last moment decision to extend our holiday and we found this place. We are a family of 3 with a 2 years old and the room it was perfect for us. In the room we found some children books and some toys too, which was lovely to keep my daughter busy. The bathroom is big and you have everything you need. I just loved the attention for details. We served full english breakfast too, which was tasty, very big portion. Very close to the beach and to the Pier. In the end, but not the last, the host was so nice. Lovely pair. They did everything to make our stay very comfortable. Thank you for the chat and hopefully we’ll see later. All the best!

Not the case.

It was overall a lovely place to stay, a very large spacious room in a beautiful area. The hosts were kind and were very helpful. Everything you need is provided in the room to ensure you stay is perfect! The view of the sea was a highlight of the stay, especially as the sun is rising! The breakfast was beautiful, lots of options to choose from. Value for money was fantastic.

This venue isn't suitable for someone with a disability which could be listed in the description. Many steps to walk up and down so hard with limited mobility

We absolutely loved all of the little touches that made it so personal. The room had plenty of space even with the extra bed. The bathroom was huge and clean, with a few toiletries if we forgot anything. There were books, toys, and DVDS that we could have used. There is plenty of tea and coffee and milk in the fridge. Pauline and Phill were very attentive, and we had great communication with them before checking in. I would 100% recommend staying here and would book again for a stay in Paignton. Thank you again for a great stay.

Great location for our purpose, private safe parking for our classic car. The room had views of the sea and was very well equipped. Comfy bed and great shower room. Breakfast is not too important to us but Pauline set us up for the day with a continental style breakfast which we both enjoyed very much (other breakfasts are available).

We weren't sure about the lack of doors dividing the staircase/hallway to the bedroom/un-suite because my wife has to use the bathroom quite a lot during the night.

Location and views. Decent size room and lovely ensuite with an additional room that we could use. Advert said terrace was available but this was on owners property so we didn't use it. If we come to Paignton again we will consider staying again.

Stairs up to property and then stairs down to the room. Not suited for ppl with disabilities. Entrance is through owners' property with a dog.

Everything was absolutely perfect. Pauline went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. So many little extra touches in the beautiful apartment that made it feel so homely and welcoming. Gorgeous view of the sunrise in the morning followed by a delicious breakfast. My daughter and I had such a lovely night's sleep and we can't wait to return soon ☺️

The house is in a beautiful location with spectacular views across the bay. It was very comfortable and welcoming. There are pubs and restaurants a short walk away and a short drive takes you to other tourist destinations. This great location is close to the steam train station and coastal path.

We were really happy with everything.

"Enderlane" run by the lovely Pauline,Phil & Wizz the dog are amazing hosts.From the moment we arrived they couldn't do enough for us.We had our own self contained flat on ground floor.I scored 9/10 for the only reason we both have mobility issues & entrance is a flight of stairs then a flight back to ground floor.However I'm sure if we had made this known we prob could have used a dif entrance.As hosts they get 20 out 10 from us.Everything needed from dressing gowns,to condiments is provided.You need a book,game,CD,nailfile,hairdryer it's all there & if not just ask.Crushed ice for our drinks whilst sitting on terrace overlooking the bay ❤& even gym equipment.Everywhere spotlessly clean.Continental breakfast included & so much choice,beautifully presented & cooked at a time to suit.The bed we have never slept so well.Will be our first acc to check when next in Devon can't wait to return

We both struggle with mobility me with back issue & hubby with a fused ankle so struggle with stairs

Everything! Beautiful house, amazing views and prefect hosts. Pauline had everything anyone could need. The room was gorgeous, nice size bathroom just across from bedroom no hassel. Toys/books for the kids. We went as a family of 4 and everyone thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were well accommodated for. Very relaxed, friendly and welcoming environment. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble. Thank you for having us
