Little Lodge Walcote Lutterworth

Great little B&B - fully equipped and stocked kitchen should you wish to make your own meals, simple continential breakfast provided but could easily make anything you like. Fridge and cooking facilities available. Lounge with tv for relaxing and a very nice outdoor area with festival style lighting, hot tub, pergolas and fire pit for chilling out in the evenings. A great place to stay for work or for a few days away from it all. Lovely walk across the fields to Lutterworth town centre about 35 mins away if needing more options for dinner & shops.

Bed a little springy, but definitely not uncomfortable.

We had a really comfortable, relaxing one night stopover to break our journey on our way home from the south. The Little Lodge is a lovely, clean house furnished with such care and attention to detail it is a real pleasure to stay there. There is a well equipped kitchen, dining room and sitting room, also a very inviting outdoor area complete with a jacuzzi. I should imagine a group of friends or a family would have a wonderful break here. We helped ourselves to a very substantial light breakfast before leaving, everything you could have needed was provided. The owners are very welcoming and friendly.

We had a continental breakfast which was filling, nutritious, plus coffee was hot. The location provided easy access to other venues. Wifi was good and mein host was very helpful and pleasant. The kitchen facilities were extensive and the accomadation was very clean.

The house was vey cold on entry but did warm up once heating was on but still a little uncomfortable. Might be useful to have rails for external steps.

Nothing negative about the property but would request an upstairs room if we stayed again. The person upstairs had an alarm going off at 6am (on a Sunday) and then spent 2 hours walking around their room, the Floor boards squeak like they would in any house. We’d been at a wedding the night before and hadn’t done to bed until gone midnight. Breakfast was very basic

Our continental breakfast was lovely with plenty of variety to choose from. We had the place to ourselves so it was lovely and quiet. We didn't actually meet our hosts but spoke on the phone, the key code entry process was very easy and convenient both for us and for them.

If I was having to clean up after guests, I would have a smaller tap for the basin. It was quite difficult to keep the water from spilling onto the floor when using it.

Tom who runs the place is extremely welcoming and very hospitable. The location is perfect due to being very close to where I work and also a local pub for my evening meal. The house itself is lovely, very well laid out and has everything you’d need for a B&B type stay. The hot tub and garden, and added bonus.

My room was quite small and the bathroom shower leaked everywhere(there wasn’t a way of stopping this). I’d booked last minute though so I can’t complain.

basically its help your self for breakfast, in fairness I don't think many have stayed recently as individual bookings as they regularly rent the whole lodge out which would be brilliant for families or get to gethers!. on check in the owner said he would sort milk ready for the morning unfortunately he forgot so there was no milk for cereal and no butter for toast!, luckily there was a petrol stn across the road so i managed to sort that but was late to the job! worst thing was there was no hot water for the shower before going to work in the morning. I appreciate it was not the owners fault! but frustrating.

Breakfast was self-serve cereal and coffee because that's what I told them I wanted. The couple who run it are very helpful and went out of their way to get me to my destination the next day when the buses weren't running. The hot tub was especially wonderful.

A very well decorated house with no expense spared. Extremely friendly owners with great communication. The house was extremely clean with great bedrooms. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I booked very last minute like 30 mins before but it was not a problem. Host was very accommodating and a friendly guy. Lovely jacuzzi in back garden and seating area.

Maybe a bit of road noise if your sensitive to that but it’s not a problem.
