Hilton Leicester Hotel

Staff were welcoming & friendly. Booking in and out was quick and easy. Bar area seating good and well spaced. Room heater was very efficient. Bed was comfortable.

Entrance lobby/seating area was very cold. My room was not as clean as I would expect - I did report this to reception before I left. I felt breakfast was overpriced for small eaters like me - perhaps there should be a single plate option as on the menu. The coffee is far too expensive. There was no still bottled water available to buy on Wednesday and no alternative offered. I didn't expect to have to pay for parking.

The room was nice but don't expect that everything is perfect in the room as quite few marks on carpet. But the reception area was lovely and big. We had dinner in the bar area and the pizza was a wow for me and my friend had burger. Breakfast was included in the prices and very nice breakfast. Car park is a extra charge, only blue badges holder is free but you must informed the reception on your arrival. The hotel itself was like a maze!!

The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick and easy. Enjoyed swimming in the pool. comfy. Everything was clean. I made good use of the facilities and enjoyed swimming in the pool; a warm fluffy towel was provided. The food (dinner and breakfast )was very tasty with plenty of choices. The chef even cooked a special small cake to celebrate my fo son's birthday.Beds nice and comfortable. Close to National Space Centre

No hairdryer in the room but we used one in the swimming changing room so wasn't a big problem for us.

The stay was cosy and close to the supermarket. Within walking distance to a wide range of food courts and some shopping. You may not need to go into the city centre

I walk a lot. I would like to request for a better walkway access to the shops, at the traffic light, which cuts the walking distance. It can be better with a cobbled walking access. During my stay it was raining every day

Gym and swimming pool were great. The restaurant was convenient although food selection was very limited. Breakfast was good with a large selection and the staff were very pleasant.

I thought the bed was very uncomfortable which was a shame as this is THE most important part of the hotel experience. Also, the bedside table lamps did not work when I first arrived in the room. Someone had turned off the switch under the bedside table??? Why???

it was stunning….even the court lounge n restaurant room were really well presented.I took a lot of photos as the gardens were so beautiful and my 12 year old daughter loved the fact there was a red carpet upon her arrival(dint want to say it was for a wedding)

the banging of the doors .our room door took a while to shut as we tried it after hearing the loudness….we guessed it was a wedding guests children….which they are not going to understand of the closeness of rooms .it was going on pretty late and close proximity….but Sunday night was much quieter

The location is great just off the motorway. It was nice to relax in the wellness centre after a long drive. The room was very spacious and had tea and coffee making facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The decor is rather tired and there was a small cleaning issue with the room. The room was stiflingly hot even with the electric fan but we were in a heatwave.It wouldn't put me off staying again.

From when we arrived to when we left, every single member of staff we had contact with were awesome. They were all friendly and helpful, and nothing was too much trouble for them- they are all a great team and should be recognised for this. The room we had was excellent and was so much more than we expected, and we have said that WHEN we visit again, we would like the same room. The facilities were clean and food was fantastic- this is a real gem and the team should be proud of what they do make it such an enjoyable experience. Long may it continue and we look forward to staying there again.

Large comfortable room, great pool and lovely breakfast. Could walk to a large shopping centre nearby for a choice of family friendly places to eat. Kids loved it!

Sound proofing - intermittent noise from outside the room and above. We were lucky - not too much noise after 10pm - but I can see how it could be pretty hit and miss regarding getting a good nights' sleep or not.

airy n a better view than a wall this time . pool was amazing as ever we need to try food not just snacks next time

one of the covers were dirty n needed replacing one more pillow was needed (down to preference ) the sofa bed had a big dip at the bottom …upon closer look the material was ripped away from the bed base light where sink was was flickering
