The hotel was perfect for our small group. We visited the night before a large festival and arrived late in the evening. The staff were very helpful upon arrival. The rooms were nice and clean with different lighting options and a very comfortable bed. We were delighted to find out the bar and food menu was 24 hours. The menu was basic but for the price and the occasion of our visit we were very happy. The staff were great with taking our orders and pouring our pints; we had great banter and a good laugh with the staff who even gave us some discounts when they realised we had just missed the happy hour discount upon our arrival. The food was great and the pints were cold so it was a brilliant pre-festival meal! It is also right next to a small services and shop if there are any essentials or other food items that you wanted. This was perfect as we did realise we had forgotten some items. It was a quick and easy walk over to get these items. Parking was free and easy and right outside of the hotel!

I didn't like that I didn't book this hotel for every night of the festival rather than camping in the summer heat! Otherwise there were no issues with our hotel at all!

The place is conveniently located not far from the town centre . Very cosy and clean rooms , accommodates two people comfortably , it is good for people who are transiting over from long distances for a overnight or two halt . The hotel also provides complimentary hot drinks for guests and a paid breakfast which I believe supposed to be good Staff are polite and helpful . I couldn't fault for anything .

The only negative part of our room is that it didn't have a proper dust bin ,if guests had to throw any rubbish . However there was a a small bin in the toilet and shower room which is too small and secondly no complimentary toiletries provided for guests .

I was very surprised, the room was immaculate; toilet, shower, carpet, bed, towers, lights atmosphere ,etc. The facilities also great and fresh smell, not like other budget hotels. The checking was quick and the check out even better. Great location for those under way to motorway routes or airport.

Parking fee, although only £3 per day. The internet, difficult to login with phone, ok with laptop. Telephone signal very bad on the first floor. Room size a bit tiny, but i came just for one night.

The shower in the room was fantastic & the hotel was very quiet. It’s a budget hotel you don’t expect much but the shower was hot with good pressure & the room was really quite at night which helps with a good nights sleep.

The size of the room was a bit tight for two people. The hotel dining area didn’t look great but there was a small outdoor space which helps. We didn’t plan to use hotel facilities so wasn’t a issue for us.

Travelled from Brighton with my toddler, just the two of us for one night and the hotel was perfect. It’s right by the main road which means it’s close to everything we needed, but also very very quiet. The room was clean, had everything we needed including free WiFi and free parking right outside the room which was great. Staff were very friendly and made a huge fuss of my toddler which she loved. Great value for money. Will deffo use again.

The cooked breakfast and coffees weren’t great, and not much choice with fruit, but there were lots of cereal and pastries options which were great. The breakfast add-on was really cheap though, and cereal was fine.

The room (although small) was good. Coathangers in the room included those for skirts without a hook which was great - had brought my own as I had not known what to expect of a a budget hotel but not needed. Was really good to have fresh milk available for drinks.

Possibly a kettle in the reception area - tea needs to be made with boiling water rather than the hot water from a machine. We used the microwave to heat to boiling but a kettle would be better.

There was ample parking. The staff were super friendly and fixed a problem with one of the rooms straight away. The buffet breakfast had lots of choice. Aircon in the rooms was great especially in this heat. Lovely clean rooms. And most importantly for us dog friendly !

The only downside, depending on your preference, was that there’s not a lot of evening food options available other than the on-site KFC and Waitrose. You would need to drive somewhere if you fancied something else, which we didn’t fancy after almost 5 hours of driving already. The hotel did offer a pizza and pint offer but again not everyone’s cup of tea.

good location, out the way from the city centre but close enough to get to easily by car. there’s an Asda supermarket around 13 minutes drive away as well as the national space centre & abbey pumping station. we had takeaway delivered to the hotel by the just water app and Uber eats app. highly recommend 2 brothers takeaway place! they do pizzas, burgers, kebabs etc and some cracking meal deals. just eat has the cheapest delivery charge with them too. the room we had was on the ground floor, nice and quiet and easy temperature controls. very clean and staff were friendly and accommodating. there is no hot drink facilities in the room but free in reception. we took our own kettle and toaster for the room so we could relax and hide out in there in the evening and let the kids watch their YouTube on the tv. we chose the breakfast included option and it was well worth it, there was bacon, sausages scrambled eggs and beans plus a variety of other breakfast foods including cereals, toast and pastries. looking forward to staying again

The hotel way exceeded our expectations for a budget hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly the room was very clean with a powerful shower and the bed was super comfy. It was very hand having a waitrose garage and KFC next door and the free wifi was a bonus.

There were no sausages at breakfast despite them being in the picture of breakfast and the bacon was slow to be topped up. However the food that we did have was very good.

The room was spotlessly clean and the bathroom new and modern. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating.

The room was very compact, it was an incredibly hot day and night and although there was aircon this was not as effective as I would have hoped. I think part of the difficulty is that the vent is above the door which means you cannot feel the aircon from the bed at all. I personally found the pillow too hard and ended up not using a pillow at all as it was giving a neck ache, I guess though this is down to personal preference.
