The apartment was lovely and so spacious! It came with all the things in the kitchen to would need to feed the family such as pans and a microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine! The staff were lovely and so helpful we had trouble with getting in our room and they came up right away to help.

Not their fault at all but there was building works right outside so was an early morning wake up call! Bath towels were a little small and no way of watching the television but not a massive problem.

overwhelming pervasive scent (almost sickly) used I guess as a fashionable but unnecessary room enhancer but was too powerful for the room especially in this hot weather. I understand but don’t like the need to take a damage deposit, I would think twice about booking again knowing that, especially as there’s multiple existing damage noticeable.

Great apartment in the center of Liverpool. Had everything you need for a short stay in the city. Room was really comfortable. Checkin and access was really simple.

The apartment overall was comfortable, clean, and perfect for a girly weekend. Checking in was easy, the staff at the offices on Duke Street welcomed us with warm and friendly faces. They were very accommodating and kindly took our luggage while awaiting check-in. In regards to the location was perfect, I would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone.

There are different EPIC Apartments along Duke Street, we were in apartments at the top of the street. I would have preferred to be towards the bottom, so when booking again I will request this.

After reading reviews was a little apprehensive but was surprised we had no real issues. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable for visiting as a family. The beds in the bedroom were spotless and very comfortable. The sofa bed wasn’t as comfortable in the living space but we are yet to stay anywhere where it’s as good as a bed! It was very warm, but manageable by opening the windows during the day. After our first night, there was a work man in the building and he asked us when passing if we had enjoyed our stay and was there anything in the flat he needed to attend to which was great service, and we didn’t even need him!

The living area had a pull down blind and another window with a voil curtain. This didn’t prevent any light early coming through in the morning so two blinds would have been better. If you find stairs difficult ask for the property with the lift or ground floor, one area has a lift and the one we stayed in didn’t. I managed the stairs but if you have mobility issues you need to inform them at booking you need ground floor or lift access, I forgot to and was up several flights of stairs. But …..It can’t be their fault your up lots of stairs if you didn’t let them know it could be an issue!
