As soon as you enter the hotel, you knew that your experience was going to be very good. The staff straight away were very friendly and with a smile. Once in the room it was spotless, spacious and very comfortable. The bar and eating areas again were spacious and comfortable. I think what I enjoyed most was the staff, especially the bar staff and waitresses. They would always have a smile and engage in conversation with you, getting to know you, advising you and even giving me a lesson on the history of the cocktail Bramble.

If I was to be picky then the only thing would be that when I booked I booked a room with a balcony. However, near to my travel time I was informed by the hotel that the rooms with a balcony wasn’t available. This I found out was that the hotel had only been open 2 weeks and that floor wasn’t open yet. But that is my only fault and something that I can live with.

This hotel is in the heart of Liverpool - excellent location! The hotel has been furnished luxuriously and was well thought out. When you enter the hotel you are greeted by a beautiful lobby that is warm and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again for sure when we are in town again. It was an honour to be amongst the first guests here as it only opened 3 weeks ago. Also great vegan cafés and restaurants close by. P.S. The bath robes ROCK! P.P.S. The hot chocolate offered upon check-in was GOLDEN and it was also vegan! Brilliant!

There wasn't anything that we didn't like, but the bed could have been a little softer ie: it would be great if the topper was a little more cushioned. Great that the TV's have Chrome cast, but it would have been great to have access to Netflix and some movies on the hotel's TV. Our chrome-cast wouldn't work.

Wow, what a beautiful brand new hotel, had only been open a week when we stayed. Lovely finishing touch on check in with a coconut rum hot chocolate shot and the nicest concierge and receptionist ever (shoutout to Nikita and Ronnie - I think!) Really lovely staff who go out of their way to make you feel welcome and I can’t even describe the scent as you walk in - stunning. The room - and all areas leading up to it are so stylishly decorated and again, smell amazing! Beautiful glassware in the room, luxury shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and don’t even get me started on how divine the shower is! I just couldn’t fault anything! Lovely complimentary flavoured sparkling water in the minibar, I’ve even ordered a case for home! I saw another review complaining about something hypothetical that didn’t even happen, and if it did, I’m confident the staff would have helped in any way they could. If you’re looking for a budget basic hotel (which I think the low reviewer was) then this deffo isn’t the stay for you. But if you’re looking for an experience in an affordable modern hotel with great staff, ambience and a luxury experience then get it booked. We booked another two stays whilst in the hotel and have booked another room since being home! Nope, I’m not being paid to write this, I just like to give credit where credit is due.

Nothing - it was perfect.

The hotel is newly opened and beautifully appointed. The staff were all very friendly and keen to help with anything. Breakfast was delicious. We would definitely look to stay again in the future. Our room was ready early when we arrived to drop off bags which was a big bonus.

On the whole the stay we had was perfect. If I was to be critical about anything it would be the small details, which will come right with experience. On check in we weren’t informed where breakfast would be served or the times. I had to check on what time we had to check out, which was a generous midday. There was a minor key problem but everything was resolved extremely quickly and in a very friendly manner.

I like the fact the hotel smelt nice as you entered the building. Greeted by a friendly concierge every time. The reception had a chocolate fountain for late arrivals in the evening. The option of having a fire alert for a deaf person. The beautiful conservatory area with greenery. The fresh smell as you came out from lift . Posh tea bags. Posh mini coffee maker.cute milk bottles. Wine glasses available. Breakfast was amazing. Staff were absolutely 💯 fantastic. Loved our room. We will be back. Such friendly and helpful staff

Rooms and facilities were brilliant, great location only 5 minutes from Concert Square. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Be careful when booking rooms, we booked an apartment but as the hotel was new those apartments actually weren’t available so we were a little gutted as travelled as a group of friends and the apartment was what made us book. We also wanted a balcony and city view as promised but didn’t get that unfortunately. Rooms were lovely though, just a little gutted we didn’t get what we expected and paid for.

EVERYTHING !! I loved the Asian feel and tranquility of the hotel and everything inside it The room was wonderful - bed so comfortable, duvet beautiful and all the lighting was also amazing! And I really did not want to get out of the shower!

Pure luxury, everything was perfect, I can't wait to visit again. The décor and cleanliness was excellent, the room was very modern and had everything. Loved the Temple Spa products around the room. I didn't want to leave.

Everything was so new & modern! The staff were so helpful. They have a messaging service via WhatsApp for Guests that have any questions during their stay. I found this very helpful and easy to use

Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was excellent. Rooms were clean and decorated to a high standard. Location was very good.
