Radisson Blu Hotel, Ajman

The hotel is nice and friendly staff. Israa was very helpful and friendly and she provided me with things I need in the room. The hotel is a nice place and calm, good for a relaxing weekend

There is only one wheelchair, it should be at least two wheelchairs.

We check in to the hotel for a 1-day stay. Fiyana was extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 12 pm. We got to the hotel super early. The service was exceptional as well. Would definitely be back soon. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was spacious and clean thank you, Subhash, for making the love art we really love it. The best stay ever. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy (Subash). Thank you to the team once again for the memorable experience.

The staff here is amazing !!! Sam pays attention to every detail. He made our company feel welcome and quickly offered ideas for site seeing and hotel services. My guests were very impressed with his professionalism. The room was great, and staff throughout the hotel were very pleasant. It is so good to see a team working so well together. Valet service was exceptional, and the atmosphere was amazing from the first step out of the car. The fresh flowers and tranquil water throughout the hotel was top notch! Stores offered wonderful gift selection. The buffet had every detail we could ask for ! I can not say enough for the care you receive while staying here. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner offer quality prepared dishes, sure to temp your taste buds. We were delighted with the entire experience, and we can not wait to return.

The room and bathroom were spacious, the bed is comfortable, the staff were humble and nice, the breakfast was good and had good variety and the dining area is clean.

The bathroom seems overused and the room carbet needs to be changed. The rooms walls are not soundproof and you can hear anyone from neighbour rooms or corridor and also from the bathroom you can hear people on the next room using it. I had also a bad experience with Valet, my rented car was new and didn't have any scratch, the day I returned the car in the airport for my flight we inspected and observed a scratch mark on the side door which was not there at the beginning and I only used the car for 2 days and most of the day I'm in the hotel so didn't use it much. This is highly possible that the in the Valet parking area this scratch is made from other car door hitting my rental car, it is unfortunate but it happened.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, and I must commend the exceptional service provided by the reception staff, Feyana and Esraa. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel welcomed and valued. Their professionalism and warmth were truly commendable. They efficiently handled check-in and check-out, answered all my questions, and even provided valuable local recommendations. Their dedication to ensuring guests have a pleasant experience left a lasting impression. I will definitely return to this hotel, largely thanks to Feyana and Esraa's outstanding service.

A very big difference between service and hospitality. Service is when you stand there with an artificial smile on your face like a stuffed toy. Hospitality is when you do it from the heart . This is what you get from Radisson Blu Ajman. Checked in Akia and her lovely smile then Ibrahim welcomed us . Room is great as usual and in the morning had breakfast with the lovely hospitality of Suzzain, Habib and chef Ved . Upon leaving Liton with the perfect smile helped us and Ekshy took care of the smooth check out . Simply the best .

Having to leave

They gave me an early check in . The valet parking staff were very kind specially the night shift , very welcoming and so kind and polite with the guests. , an employee his name Was kamal took my luggages from my room to my car. he was super nice with me and he kept smiling and smiling 😀 and he told me before leaving the hotel , Sir please be our guest in the future , i dont know his way of smiling and welcoming people ahcocked me , he made my day .. Because of kamal i wont book any hotel in Ajman wxcept Radisson blue hotel ...
