1) I asked one of the cleaning crew for an additional towel, he wasn’t happy with my request, but went into the staff room and brought to me one. it was crumpled a bit, but I didn’t pay attention. in the room I revealed that it was USED!!! the same day I saw the guy and said to him, that it wasn’t nice of him doing this. I hope he understood that people are not stupid. 2) lots of guests were leaving towels on the chaise-longues “reserving” them for the whole day from early morning to sunset… I believe the crew should clear them up to prevent such “reserves”

I liked the staff as they are the ones that made our stay feel wonderful and like home. We extended our stay here because of that. The Manager Khalid and Rami, Samy all are so friendly and caring, they attended to all our needs, especially as we are vegetarian they ensured that we are taken good care of. The kitchen staff, Komijon, Deshan, Ahsan, Sasi, James and Roshan are so sweet and very friendly and helpful. In fact there are many others whose names are too many to mention. Really admire their patient and passion for their service. Room Service also very helpful and sorted out our few small issues. Great Service and even Greater attitude.

Only that some mosquitos entered our room as I left patio door open, my fault but the staff sorted that out promptly.

The property is lovely and stay was comfortable. Shaimaa at reception was helpful and offered options to make our stay more comfortable. During the day they offer different activities such as complementary yoga and aquarobics which is great atmosphere.

On arrival there was only one valet staff available, was not very responsive. I’m not sure if there is another way but I don’t like the idea of having to pass through the lobby to get to the beach & pool. Even dressed in ‘covered’ swimming attire doesn’t look good.

The hotel was beautiful. The room was big and spacious.

The ice- cream I ordered was not good . When I checked in at 3:00 pm I have booked already on booking.com before I arrived at the hotel. The Gentleman who helped me check-in just assign another room that I did not book from booking.com . After I had made the payment for the room only afterwards he had told me the bathroom comes with “handles” and I ask him what do you mean with handles he kept quiet and I asked him you mean you gave me a disability room? And he said yes. I told him but this is not the room I booked on booking.com. I just felt he was not honest with me from the beginning. Anyways after 1 hour of waiting the manager arranged a room for us.

Everything! This was one of the best resorts I have been to. The breakfast was fantastic, the service was excellent! James the manager at breakfast was a true gem! He ensured I had my cappuccino and any refill if needed. The attendees at breakfast stood at the table watching over my toddler as my wife and I went to get refills. This is first time we experienced such hospitality! My room was upgraded to the deluxe King room which boasted breathtaking views. I will surely be visiting soon!

I didn't like that fact that I had such a short stay at this fine resort! :(

We loved everything! The hotel itself, really professional staff (especially in COVID-times), we had amazing sea view room with a huge balcony. Food and restaurant staff were great! We had breakfast and diner included. The time periods were really convenient (breakfast 7 am - 11 am, diner 6:30 pm - 10:30 pm), everything was well served at any time, clean and good looking. I’m a huge fan of Indian food, every diner it was especially amazing! Thank you very much for everything!

The only thing we didn’t like - a huge complex of water slides for children in the sea - the swimming sea-area of the hotel is’t really big itself, so these water slides took too much space. We also didn’t like water scooters that were offered to guests at the beach - to much noise and gas smell while you’re swimming in the sea.

Beautiful hotel, lovely rooms. Great swimming pool and the beach. Very friendly staff especially life guard, Hridoy in particular, who tought our daughter to swim in no time, which made our stay! Special thank you to James, who manages restaurants, dealt with our issue on a very professional, true 5 star level!

Badly dressed guests (mainly russians) who clearly interpreted term smart casual the wrong way and their luck of table manners simply mindboggling ( chewing the food right next to the counter and spitting it out right on the spot in full view of other guests... Luck of variety of food, definitely need to up their gane in food department, if that's adressed, would definitely consider going back.

The location was great, especially the direct access to the beach. The swimming pool was also exceptional, perfect for lounging with the family. All the staffs were very attentive and genuinely friendly. There was ample parking spaces which made it convenient. And most of all.. the bed was very comfortable.

Very limited dinner options for meat eaters included in the half-board package. Checking in was quite tedious, but being a Holiday weekend, the delay was expected. The TV reception was horrible. Although we only used it for background noise in the room, it was still a headache to see and hear all the static.

Everything was great! Hotel employees are just excellent in all departments: F&B, Housekeeping, Room division etc. The view from the room was nice. The quality and variety of food was very good. High standards of Covid management in Fairmont should also be praised. We have had relaxing and pleasant time there and even decided to extend our staying! Well Done, Team. Would highly recommend your hotel!
