Rooms well neat, clean and tidy. They have reached my expectations. Beds were kept clean and tidy proper.

I had some small issue with the apartment which are like Wifi connection and lights while entering the room does not connect while we card is inserted in. For wifi connection in my laptop it took lots of time and when i called for some help regarding the difficulty it took almost 15-20 min to send some staff to rectify the query.

It's an ideal property for people or families who want to stay for a long period and save some money. We are a family of four people (husband, wife, and two very young daughters 3 and 6 years old ), and initially, I booked one bedroom apartment for 5 nights but I further rebook for 13 more nights and in total it cost me around 4500/- AED. During my stay, I found that the management of this property is not very proactive in maintaining furniture, bathroom supplies, and kitchen utensils but they are very good in their room service which matters a lot. Once you call them they immediately send their maintenance or cleaning staff to solve your problem. This property was clean and the staff was very nice. The location of this property is right in the middle of the market where you will find all your requirements within the walking distance which includes food, grocery, barber, health clinic, mall (Safeer mall is right in front of the property).

Stayed in the hotel for the second time and no regrets! Service of the staff is on a high level, rooms are huge and comfortable with a beautiful interior and lots of storage space, kitchen is fully equipped (stove top, washing machine, microwave, pot/pan, kettle, crockery and cutlery sets, refrigerator). Free parking is always available. Great location - close to plenty of groceries, cafeterias, restaurants and right opposite of the Safeer Mall. Overall its a great budget hotel with amazing services. Good for long term stays too. Special thanks to the staff!

Everything was good up to the mark value for money sometimes thier rate is low and better than online so better book for 1..2 days and then extend accordingly

Everything was perfect! It is located close to plenty of groceries, cafeterias/restaurants and Al Safeer Mall. Parking is available on site for free. Check in was fast and smooth and late check out was free of cost. The apartment itself was designed in an antique style. The kitchen was fully equipped and even had a washing machine and a microwave. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay perfect! Overall it was very cosy and felt super homey!

The furniture is a bit worn out however it didn't really matter because the overall stay was very pleasant!

The place is good and silent

Your receptionists are not taught about booking app so they delayed me about the time for check in and out from the app when I was booking Some lights were not working

The staff is very nice the filipina and the Pakistani guy who do the smooth check in.I really like it thats why we use to stay since before becoz of they staff they was amazing how they talk to the guests..Thank you soo much guys😊😊😊

location is excellent and staff is very friendly

balcony glass door was broken, there was a smell in the room of moist carpet, and carpet was wet at some places. shower are is way too small to even stand n have a good shower.

This one is very economical and is inside the city with all the facilities available with in reach. Nice view of the city.
