good My stay in this hotel ended with very bad experience. After check out by short time I discovered I have missed my Wallet which includes Residents cards, Master cards and some money in the room. I returned quickly to the hotel and asked the Manager to allow me to check the place but he refused. I was not satisfied with his response, the same night I received a notification from the bank that someone tried to make a purchase but failed.. The location is not good there is no surrounding restaurants.

Cleaners are really noisy they bang the doors all the time we never had a good sleep.because of them although i complained to the supervisor. they never stop shouting and banging doors i wonder why these cleaners havent been replaced by new proffetional ones where is the supervisor?why he doesnt discipline them really DISAPPOINTING NOISY CLEANERS

It was a good value for quality. You get all essential needs covered up. There are always bits to improve. Taxis are required to move around in the area and one should avoid pick times. Customer service should be reachable via Booking, something it should be checked out.

I could not access to the customer service from the hotel when I was in London to ask questions.

It was a perfect time with an excellent customer service by Michelle and her lovely colleagues. I highly recommend TIME Express Hotel in Al Khan. The beach is nearby. Really peaceful place will good amenities. Well equipped bedrooms. Fantastic housekeepers for maintaining the rooms in the best conditions. BRAVO!

The room looked very nice and also the hotel was at a good location. The chef guy was awesome! There was a problem with our room and they were nice enough to offer an upgrade as compensation, thanks! Good and plenty of parking, in the morning, the cars are in the shade even though they're outdoors. Nice swimming pool and amenities.

Some of the receptionists didn't speak good enough English so it was difficult to talk to them, it lead to some misunderstandings, pretty awkward. In the rooms, there's not enough plugs and what's kind of absurd, you can't plug in the hairdryer in the bathroom, you have to unplug the fridge and dry your hair on the bed. It's a stupid mistake. Still it was a good hotel with very unnecessary mistakes.

the only thing i have noticed is the towels are old and need to be replaced with new towels and also the bed bellows cover and the blanket. I hope the hotel management take priority about my comments.

The bedroom is comfortable, clean, spacious, and you cannot hear the noise from the streets. The staff is very nice and they are happy to help you. Their breakfast is pretty good too. Overall, it is a nice hotel to stay for a couple of nights.

Their private parking lot is outdoors, and your car gets really hot during the summer when temperatures reach above 40 degrees Celcius.

I enjoyed the hotel's breakfast – it was not only good but also offered a healthy and diverse selection, enhancing my overall stay.

The staff's friendliness truly stood out, making my experience at the hotel exceptionally pleasant.

We had to wait about an hour with one staff only in reception with a lot of family.

Friendly and helpful staff, cleanliness and value for money. Breakfast was also good compared to what they charge. Nice gym, Sauna bath and swimming pool. Best for families and couples who want to relax and be away from crowd.

Hotel doesn't have room service and also no restaurants nearby. Dining tables and chairs in the restaurant were too small which caused uncomfortable dining experience.
