Was perfect stay with excellent staff

nice and adjustable. Very experienced and pleasing staff always pay attention. Ms. Joan, Mr. Mahesh, Mr. Vicki, Ramzan, and even reception and room support crew member Mr. Bala Always ready to support. especially Ms. Joan and her colleagues. We have to name them with special thanks.

PARKING LOT NARROW ENTRIES REQUIRED A THIRD EYE AND an EXTRA BRAIN TO SAVE THE CAR FROM HITS. Also, a newly installed door entry from the parking lot to the reception area was not properly engineered. ANY TIME ANYONE'S NOSE AND HEAD WILL BE COLLAPSED BY A HIT OF CARELESS DOOR OPENING BY CORRIDOR USE

It was an amazing stay and the best thing they have nursery where you can keep your kids there and the mall is infront of the hotel you can go there walking Best thing was the staff who were so helpful and friendly and car parking place was amazing we really enjoyed being there

Everything was great

It was nice location having all facilities for food and shopping, the border between Sharjah and Dubai is an added advantage. The cost effectiveness while looking the facility, is excellent compared with other properties in BOOKING.COM. I was got two time room free upgrade while I extent my booking. My stay for 15 days was awesome with my family, we were cooking food by ourselves, kitchen is nice with all facilities but utensils are very few but all others are excellent. I am sure if you come with your family, you will have a luxury homely feeling. If you come alone, you can have a cool and peaceful mind stay here in Golden Sand, Sharjah

The room service need to improve, I called the room service for some water, after two hours nobody responded, when I went to outside the service guys are staying outside but they didn't get informed from reception regarding my request, so here I understood that the reception team those attending the phone not communicating the customer's request to the concerned service staff or they are not bothered/ignored about such genuine request, this need to be improved either by training the existing staff or allocating more staffs to share the work load The old elevator making many troubles, it is very slow and door is closing quickly many times I trapped between doors I am giving my honest review not biased with the property or some others
