The room was exactly as the pictures shared by the staff in advance. The breakfast spread was all Turkish and very fresh. We loved the Breakfast and we loved the room. The Managing staff from Matin, Abdullah, Hizir the support staff the cleaning and maintenance staff all were very friendly and went out of their way to help and assist.

Having no restaurant on site is not something of a downer because you have options all around at a walking distance. Right off the bat when you step out you have a couple of very cozy rooftop restaurants and since the market is a short couple of minutes' walk downhill it should not be any concern.

This hotel was fabulous. We really enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. The staff is incredible. Friendly, welcoming and very eager to meet your needs. We were welcomed late at night by Metin & Abdullah. Lovely, kind people, who offered to help us park and took care of the parking the following days,as well. We had breakfast on the terrace every morning. It was a delight. Great variety. With local fruit, dishes, pastry & breads. Juices, coffee & tea. Delicious! And we were always greeted with kind smiles from Leyla & Arife. Our room was bright large, spotless and comfy. Beds and linen fabulous! Hope to return to Goreme one day and will definitely stay again at Terra Cave Hotel.

We loved everything.

One of the highlights of our 3 day cappadocia trip was staying in this hotel! Great spot to witness the balloons rise up in the morning. The location is a good 5 minute walk to the central. We stayed at a junior cave suite which feels authentic and spacious. It didnt feel claustrophobic at all due to the layout. The cleaners also come in everyday to tidy up our room. Breakfast had a good selection and is delicious! So is their coffee and juices. Metin who is the manager was extremely nice and helpful throughout our short stay. The staff are absolutely wonderful and are always happy to greet or help you out.

Everythings excellent. Breakfast start @ 8.30am (which is pretty later in the day in terms of hotel breakfast - however this may be the norm in this area.)

The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to assist us with booking tours and arranging transportation. We greatly appreciated their helpfulness throughout our stay. The room itself was adorned with a luxurious cave-inspired design and was meticulously cleaned on a daily basis, ensuring our comfort and satisfaction. Additionally, we were delighted to discover a stunning terrace where we could enjoy a delicious breakfast each morning, surrounded by beautiful scenery.

Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Metin and Abdullah, who graciously guided us through the check-in process and made us feel instantly welcome. Metin’s knowledge of the local area and genuine passion for Cappadocia's rich history and culture was truly remarkable. Both took the time to provide us with valuable recommendations, suggesting the most picturesque viewpoints, hidden gems, and must-visit attractions that truly made our exploration of Cappadocia an unforgettable adventure. Breakfast was excellent with responsive staff members.

The main caveat of the hotel was that our 3 daughters wanted to share a room together which was slightly difficult to accommodate. However Metin and Abdullah came up with a good solution for us and joined some beds together. It was a quick fix.

We loved the stay at TerraCave hotel. The staff was super friendly, helping us with everything we needed in a very respectful and efficient way (Booking Baloon flight, tours, massage). They gave us special treats because we were on our honeymoon. Both Metin and Abdula were great hosts, from the very beginning communication was great with them. Breakfast is very good and they specially make you omelets or ask you how you like your eggs and cook them for you! It's amazing. The views from the terrace are lovely as well. Great experience!

The location was higher up on the hill which meant got a good view of the hot air balloons in the morning from both the terraces. It was also a short walk from the Goreme town centre and close to restaurants. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The people working at Terra Cave are very helpful! From when we booked Terra Cave, they helped us book the hot air balloon ride, arranging airport transfer etc. Breakfast was buffet style with lots of choice and they served tea in the evening at tea time with biscuits. Couldn't have been happier with the hotel!

Breakfast was good. Our cave room and bathroom (junior suite) were large and confortable. Except for a refrigerator, all other amenities were available and working properly. The hotel is very close to the main area of the city, with many good restaurants within walking distance.

The hotel is located in a narrow street and was difficult to find (Wase and Google Maps did not provide precise directions).There is no private parking lot and parking our car close to the hotel was difficult.

I loved Terra Cave Hotel. excellent rooftop. We had a cave suite, with a lovely bathtub. Had a fire every night. Place to park a scooter if you rent one. Metin the office go to was SO lovely. He treated my mom and I so well. Breakfast was good with a nice view, omelettes made to order. The rooftop was lovely. Its close to a little shop for what you may need, also close to other great hotels for rooftop lounging! Terra Cave and Metin has a piece of my heart!

We wished there was a sofa in our living area, it was quite sparse. Would have made it homier for the rainy day we spent inside watching movies.

This is the perfect hotel to have an authentic experience of Cappadocia. The rooms are very cozy with beautiful details. The Turkish breakfast was fresh and delicious, made by the friendliest girls. We ate ours on the beautiful rooftop terrace overlooking Göreme (also a good spot to watch the balloons rise). The receptionist made our stay even more special, because he was so kind and hospitable. He gave us good recommendations on what to do and where to eat. We will be back!
