Imperial Cave Suites & Spa0

The people were extremely nice, property is wonderfully kept. Rooms are spacious and luxurious, true cave feel for King Suite. The best thing is balloons fly so close to the hotel and the view point is less than 5 mins walk from the hotel.

This is not so much a -ve, but more as a recommendation. The breakfast buffet served is the same for all days, we stayed 3 days and that got a bit boring. If there is a mix and match possible, longer stay guests could enjoy various Turkish breakfast options.

The king suite was even better than the pictures. Amazing toilet with a lid that opened when u entered the bath. Beautifully appointed room with lots of gathering and private space for the three guests. Room was very quiet -no street or other guest noise. Staff work hard to make the stay very pleasant for guests from carting our luggage up two flights of stairs, to timely room service which included wine & glasses and lighting the wood fireplace in our sitting area. Great breakfasts included, served in a lovely dining room overlooking courtyard. Best stay of our two week holiday!

Access roads to the hotel are steep and in poor repair. Workers tore up the road to replace some plumbing on the last night of our stay making it difficult for our airport shuttle to pick us up :(

We booked the Imperial Suite for our final splurge night in Turkey. This room is truly an experience. There is a private heated pool and a private jacuzzi spa tub. The room is a massive suite. It was super cozy in the colder fall season and even had its own fireplace, which the staff would light for you. We also took advantage of the hotel’s spa for massage and Hammam treatments. It was the perfect way to pamper ourselves. The view of the balloons overhead is also perfect. After watching the balloons, we enjoyed the included breakfast at the hotel’s The Grape restaurant. Would definitely book this room again for a romantic escape.

The room was so cozy & warm, we didn’t get to use the fireplace. 🤣

Location was fabulous, accessible, finding a cab was very easy. The hotel has got stunning views of the valley with quiet environment to enjoy evening on terrace. Rooms where exceptionally comfortable, charming and with best views and bathroom. Breakfast was really good, service was fast and full of hospitality. But the staff at the reception were outstanding in helping us right from the moment we booked our rooms. They even went out of the way and booked shuttle for pick and drop from airport, provided us with early check-in, made our waiting comfortable, helped us in booking activities like quad tours, hot air balloon tours, jeep safaries. They were very polite and extremely helpful.

Everything was absolutely perfect. If I ever visit Cappadocia again, I will definitely stay at the same hotel.

The property is pretty close to the centre (and the sunrise viewpoint!) which was a very positive thing. Also, the swimming pool, sauna & turkish bath are free of charge which made our stay extraordinary. It was fairly new so it was very clean & amazing. The view was spot on. It is located in a quiet and calm area so during the night, we can talk and spend our time in the terrace (adjacent rooms have their own terrace). It was so relaxing to just sit and do nothing. 100% for the bed. Honestly, I was a bit worried that I won't be able to sleep well on a new environment but oh boy, I literally slept like a baby thanks to their bed. It was the most comfortable bed (in a hotel) that I have slept on. There are days I have slept in because it was so cozy. The staff were so nice and accommodating. They make sure you are all booked and sorted on your tours and transport. Overall experience? Superb.

One thing I did not like was the breakfast. It was the same thing for straight 6 days we were in. I was hoping for more other than cold cuts and eggs.

1. Breakfast was good, will recommend to be seated in the terrace instead of inside the restaurant to take advantage of the beautiful view. 2. Reception team members are very friendly, having to ensure guest are enjoying themselves. If there are any special request or if you need any tour recommendations they are contactable via whatsapp. 3. Tour packages and airport shuttle services are available and recommended to book under the hotel as the process was simple. 4. Located next to sunrise point, thus not needing to wake up earlier to travel.

It's my first day and I can safely say it's an amazing hotel. The cave rooms are really nice (but too warm for me whenI arrived, it's -4 degree out there but like 30 degree in the room!!!!). Super clean and spacious rooms. The spa is open for all residents for free where you can do sauna, turkish bath and pool. Breakfast is so delicious and served on table (better for me than an open buffet). The staff is very nice and helpful. If you're coming to Cappadocia, I highly recommend this beautiful hotel with its very fair prices.

The light could be improved

This is one of the best hotel in Cappadocia. The Location is awesome just 3 to 4 minutes walk from Sunset and Sunrise point, where you can enjoy all the balloons flying in the morning. The Swimming Pool is very unique i loved it. The check in was very professional the lady at the reception was very professional and nice. Also thanks to the girl at the breakfast i couldn't ask her name she was very nice. The facilities, the staff , the location , the room, the jacuzzi everything was perfect and would love to stay again and highly recommend this hotel.

The Breakfast was not Good need some improvement like no Fruits were there, no Juice of our choice i.e orange and apple. The breakfast experience was not Good. The room cleaning service was not available when we asked need to be available all day. Although these area need improvement but this would not effect their rating for me as everything else was perfect.

The hotel location is perfect. It’s located in centre of Goreme so we could easily walk most of the places in the City. We booked two separate rooms due to size of our family and both rooms were spacious and brightly clean. Hotel staffs are very kind and helpful. Specially Semih from reception and Murat from Grape Restaurant were going out of their way to make sure we are feeling ourself at home. The hotel has car park so we never had to think about where to park our car. My personal opinion this is very important in Goreme. We had no chance to use Spa and Turkish bath as our program was very busy but swimming pool kept entertain my kids. I advise everyone this beautiful hotel and will go back in winter again to see Capadocia under snow.

Breakfast is really delicious. Staffs are all kind!!! We’ve been took good care in Cappadocia! Hotel help to book activities even at late night. After the trip I left my bottle in the car of tour company. Hotel help to contact and sent directly to the reception of the other hotel we booked. Cave is clean and warm. Breakfast is really nice! Reception bro is handsome hahah ~
