SN Plus Hotel - SHA Plus

The room and bathroom are spacious. Free 2 bottles of water, tea and coffee every day. The description of the room is correct ( except for the fireplace ), pictures are realistic. Free WiFi is fast. The staff is polite and considerate. Free towels by the pool. The pool is not big, but it is clean and very refreshing. Restaurants, massage parlors and shops (7-eleven) are nearby. Shopping mall Terminal 21 is a 10-minute walk away. It is about a 20-minute walk to the beach. City transport ''Baht Bus'' is a very cheap and fast way of traveling. A small gift from the hotel upon departure is a nice gesture!

The breakfast is ok, but there are very few options and the menu does not change, which is a problem if you are staying longer.

Very nicely decorated and clean hotel . Very good value for money we paid and a good breakfast choice included also Although not a beach front hotel not that far away from most things tourists look for and plenty of crazy cheap small Baht buses around if needed. As we went in our own car and live locally not something that relevant for us though I guess.

Nothing really and if looking for 5 star standard then pay 5 star prices ! We thought it a decent standard 4 star hotel.

The balcony needs cleaning as there's always bird poop every single day. The hotel doesn't provide a shuttle to the beach/main city (we were told they didn't provide one) so we had to use Grab during our stay.

The room was lovely with a unique shower window looking into the room. The tv was large with a good reception. I got breakfast included and was amazed at how much food was professionally delivered to room at my time of choice. Very quite and felt very safe and secure. The room was cleaned super quick and well to the most part.

The pool didn't catch the sun till a bit later in the day and I thought the water a little cold. No big deal on a hot day i guess. Also the amazing window to the shower room could have been cleaned a little better.

we had a wonderful stay at SN plus hotel. highly recommend to anyone who are willing to stay in Pattaya. bit far from the pataya beach. But stay is exceptional. hotel rooms were very clean, provided all the amenities and such a beautiful view from the room. specially the Sun rise. hotel staff are always willing to help.

Welcoming staff, very comfortable clean modern room. I stayed here for +3 weeks due to hotel being close to Bangkok Hospital where I need to be for surgery. I liked being away from the busy downtown Pattaya. Would definitely come back again.

7th floor the internet was poor and guest smoking permitted so I moved to 6th floor which was much better . Staff were very accommodating and helpful.

My quilt cover was not clean with some marks on it which was hidden on the underside . I wore the same cover for three nights. I found the marks at the last night when I accidentally turned the quilt underside up, disgusting. Now I learnt that no matter how clean the bed look , I must turn the quilt underside up to check, n the pillows as well in the future. otherwise, the hotel was very good to stay.

Very nice interior, people who love aesthetic places will definitely enjoy it. Rooms are clean, full of light and no issues with WiFi.

loud aircon…sometimes it makes weird noises like something or someone stuck there. wasn’t a problem to fall asleep but some people could struggle. hopefully they will fix it. breakfast service was huge, loads of variety but the flavor…quantity over quality didn’t work for them:(

The room is old, we had a bug on the balcony, AC is just above the bed. Received slippers only after request. Breakfast is mostly pork and not much European food. It's not bad but rooms are worn out I won't stay again

The air conditioning on the 7th floor especially on the room 701 the air conditioner take longer to cool. The pool looks like it could have some work done as there was a leak in the pool but apart from that. The property is super
