Spacious king size room with a balcony on the top floor. Elevator always very quick. Free bottles of water and filtered water dispenser downstairs. Staff were always smiling and helpful with any questions. Refrigerator kept our fruit and drinks cool and the kettle and tea/coffee was a nice touch for first drink of the morning. Shower had good pressure and plenty of heat (if that's what you want in this temperature) A/C was excellent. Our 6 days went too quick - would readily return.
Only 4 hangers in a hanging space that could easily hold more.

The hotel is perfectly located to walk on the riverside and around the town. Our room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfy and I loved the fact there were tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The girl on reception is lovely and recommended places for us to eat and visit.
It was all good! Found the pillow a bit high but that’s all!

Location is great, there are two markets nearby with lots of cheap food options. They supply new bottles of water and tea/coffee every day.
The sound from the road is audible even with the window shut which makes it hard to sleep. The lighting in the room is extremely poor.

There was a water leak in the room upstairs which was coming down the wall into our room, it did stop but started again the next day

No restaurant service but a lot of restaurants nearby so no problem

Very nice hotel, and no issues apart from it being a personal error on where we booked. Would recommend booking near Ao Nang beach instead if you want more to do.
