Krabi Golden Hill Hotel

Short but comfy stay at this hotel as a transfer between long travel distance. Just 10 minutes walk from city centre and at a quiet spot in town. Green garden with pool and good breakfast (both continental and Thai choices). For longer stay this would have been a good choice although a little over budget for me.

Very clean, nice big rooms and beds, nice shower. Friendly staff, nice pool!

15 mins walk to the centre. not a problem for us but on a hill so be aware if not good with walking

We didn't think this hotel would be anything special, however we arrived at it was fantastic! Great location for Krabi town, the markets, estuary and to get to the piers to get out to the islands. The hotel had a great pool. It was very clean, the staff were helpful, kind and knowledgable. The actual room had a lovely view, big comfortable bed and great bathroom. It was very very clean. Like I said we were not expecting much from this hotel, but we would have liked to have stayed here longer. Highly recommend if staying in Krabi.

Breakfast was lovely, fresh fruits, bread, eggs and some thai options you could choose from. Room was clean and they gave us water every day they cleaned, loved that. Airport service on point. The hotel is close to food markets about 10-15 min walk. Bigger one is only on weekend but the small er one by the river is super cozy. Staff was helpful and guiding when we needed it, let me use the printer.

One thing that could be better was that I could here people in next rooms talking, made me feel a bit unconfortable but got used to it after the first night there.

It's queit, about one km from the night market. There isn't much to do here but it was OK for us as we wanted to stay the night here before going back to Bangkok. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. The place is very clean.

Breakfast was too basic, hardly any selection of products. Also, can add some more shampoo and hand/face towels in the bathroom. But maybe it's too much to ask as the payment rate is very reasonable, cheap even. .

Staff were lovely, great room, got free water everyday. The pool is great and the breakfast was really tasty (but Asian themed).

Not that the hotel could do anything about it but there was a strong weed and cigarettes smell in our room and the corridor. The location is very quiet but there's literally nothing close but a 7/11. I recommend renting a scooter to see the city center (which is great!)

The rooms were clean and spacious. Very good value and perfect for just one or two nights in Krabi.

I can’t recommend the breakfast. Also, the staff said they would help us book a taxi but forgot about it so the driver never showed… when we found two other guests from the hotel to share a care with, the staff wanted us to pay double :/

Really enjoyed our stay at the Golden Hill. The staff are amazing nothing is too much trouble for them. Breakfast was basic but enough to satisfy. The hotel is about 10 min walk into town which was fine for us. The rooms where exactly as pictured and a decent size. The only thing we noticed was the bed was quite hard for us. Overall great experience and would certainly stay at the Golden Hill again.

(powerful) •good size of the room •bed was really comfi •air contidion perfect •big balcony •small but good swimming pool for few hours enought :) we were there only with my partner which was great! kinda private pool. •good location, only 15 min walk to Krabi marina •staff were friendly

nothing about the property but the area is really quiet, everything looks close but we think because of the Covid-19 :( at night time we felt like in ghost town.
