Lada Krabi Residence Hotel - SHA Plus

It's a boutique hotel and the service is almost personalized. The receptionists were very helpful and were knowledgeable about places of interest. The property offers a washer and dryer and seems ideal for overnighters looking to visit nearby islands. The hotel also organizes daytrips and other excursions. There are plenty of restaurants, malls and even a night market in the neighborhood. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

The internet was problematic and often erratic. The breakfast was basic with limited options. The wall-mounted TV (32"?) offered few channels, none English. There is no tissue available - except at the diners'. Toiletries are available from the reception - on payment.

If there wouldn’t have been bed bugs in the beds of our first room, the stay would have been a perfect 10/10. The staff not only showed great concern when we told them about the bugs, but were also very helpful with and offered a lot of help throughout.

Well, the bed bugs did leave a negative impression and caused a stressful evening.

We arrived quite late, so it was great that they could arrange us a pick up with private driver (cost 500 baht). The room was really spacious and even had 2 double beds (one a bit bigger than the other), even though we only booked for 2 ppl 😊 The room had 4 Fresh bottles of water. We had comfortable sleep. The staff is nice, they very quickly arranged us a transfer to Railay from there. Breakfast was good (at the cafe next by). Central location, right next to the night market.

The bathroom could be cleaner, seemed a bit worn out. The shower gel bottle was empty. Beds were a bit hard for our taste.

The staff was very helpful and polite. The hotel was in Krabi town, in a very calm peaceful location right by the riverfront. They had their own restaurent that served delicious food and that too at a reasonable price. They had a massage parlour right next to the hotel for you to relax. The female receptionist was very sweet and helped us with some travel plans as well.

The male receptionist was trying to spin us off for some extra money, bt other than that rest all was very comfortable and pleasant.

It was our first time in Krabi but it was a great one! The staff was so lovely and approachable. All of them were very helpful. The beds were clean as well as the sheets and pillows. What I love about the place is the balcony where we hang our wet clothes. The room was also spacious. It was a fantastic stay! Thank you!

It wasn't really a problem but the air conditioner wasn't cold enough some times of the day. I guess it's too small for the room.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The room we upgraded into was very comfortable and had a balcony overlooking the streets below. The location of the hotel is very convenient and is in the middle of a busy street, a short walk to malls and shops and eateries and a night market. Halal food was available all around and the shopping was quite reasonable. The hotel also helps with arranging sight-seeing and finding cabs. [Taxis are practically non-existent here and you have to use privately operated cars or take the vans serving as buses here.]

Tissue paper was not available. except in the dining area. Toiletries you come to expect at hotels were no supplied. Not sure why they would want to cut corners here. You may buy these from the reception, though. Wi-fi was available, although a bit erratic at times.

Rooms spacious and clean. Breakfast (you have to pay extra for) very convenient for an early start for your onwards journey. Located in Central Krabi Town. Did the job for a quick stop over before heading to islands.

I was expecting more from Krabi itself. Very quiet and not much happening (may have just been the night we were there). Hotel had an "airport hotel" feel. Pretty soulless compared to most in Thailand and we got woken up multiple times by drunk people shouting in the corridors and arguing (could have just been bad luck).

Beautiful and clean property in an excellent location - quick walk to the night market with excellent food and the Chao Fa Pier on the river with fresh seafood! Staff were helpful and very friendly - booked us a taxi to the airport for 350 bot when we checked in. Lovely garden to have a beer and great massage parlor right next door! we were in krabi for 24 hours and wish it had been a week. such a fun, laid back town and this property is quiet but right in the middle of everything to explore!

The Lada Krabi Hotel is a nice place for tourist from North East India, Assam. The staff is very much professional, but sensitive as well. It is located between a lots of good food outlet and night market. Sticky rice, Fried chicken, pork, smoky fish, mango and what not. Love the hotel.

No serious reason to dislike.

great location, rooms were so spacious and comfortable. We each got a free bottle of water every day too. Loved having a balcony, great for drying clothes, towels etc. Laundry facilities were also available. There was a market next to the hotel too. The hotel was great for booking trips and excursions. The Phi Phi island day trip was fab.

Breakfast wasn’t the best but there’s lots of local places to eat too.
