there were little bugs crawling around the headboard and side tables one night so we moved the bed away so they would stop climbing on the bed! Also the reception closes at 9pm and one night our toilet wouldn’t flush after this time so had to use reception toilet when needed. Wasn’t ideal!

The location is fantastic. On the beach and close to restaurants and shops. But yet very quiet. Two swimming pools. Sun beds. Very nice staff. Our second visit and an absolute favourite to come back to. Lamai beach has a very good choice of restaurants with all types of food.

The "usual" problem with sun beds being occupied at 6 in the morning, for use only in the late afternoon. Is there any solution this?? The shower could be better planned (not making the whole bathroom wet).

The location and the staff where excellent

We thought that the room and in particular the bathrooms needed some attention.the furniture on the balcony needed some attention

I like the localisation of the hotel, the staff and the room was good size. Swimming pools are both very nice. We had an issue with the security box in our room and the staff was very helpful and fast. Good price for the room In the main street you can find very nice massage, pharmacie, restaurant, 7/11 ect..

A lot of ants in the bathroom during the night. We heard our neighbour speaking all the night on the balcony. The restaurant wasn't very good, just easy to eat something if you don't want to move from the beach/pool.

I visit Samui often and always stay here when I’m in Lamai. The rooms are basic but comfortable and clean, the grounds are well maintained and it has two pools to choose from. Beachside is a perfect location to chill, with good food and cold drinks. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Great beachside resort at a great price. See you soon.

Nothing to dislike.

Everything perfect. Note that restaurant is open from breakfast to 5 p.m. and u can pay only cash Really beachfront with pools. The place is better than the pictures on booking.com show. All u need is close by walking distance (currency exchange, 7eleven, shops, tour agency restaurants and village centre). For families, couples, guys groups. Strictly recommended.

The location couldn't be any better, the main street out front with all the food and shops, and out back was the beach 😎 walk 5 minutes to the left and you will find bamboo restaurant, amazing and cheap!

Samui still particularly quiet post Covid, many places closed. Hotel good but not wide range of food available and no evening food. Some problems with rooms but staff resolved quickly and in friendly manner

Stopped there last 15yrs

Beach and pools .but if you want a sunbed by the beach you need to get up at 4-00 am . Put your towel and book on it and go back to bed . Then midday go and sit on your sunbed you grabbed at 4-00 am . Otherwise love the place
